A 4.0!

I finally made a 4.0. No, not academically. I made a 4.0 of average daily posts. After almost 2.5 years I have achieved a milestone. I would like to thank all the little people who have helped me along the way. I certainly appreciate your small contributions.

I hope none of you thought that I am no longer a 5 point Calvinist. My five points are still firmly in place ( much to the displeasure of my non-Cal friends).

A 9.23 ?That sounds like something nefarious was going on. I've heard of folks getting even a 4.5 with extra-credit work -- but 9.23! Naw, there was some ponderous padding put in your numbers.Take away the fluff posts and you may get credit for less than half of that amount. Your 9.23 was the gross amount. Your true net score is about 3.9!
On the other hand, my score of 4.0 represents all beef, and no fillers.It is my net score as well. Far be from me to boast about it though.

Preachers noted for their style are also known for their smile.I have substance and you have scruffiness.Before you bust a 10 make sure you don't bust a gut in the process.

I don't think my post can be characterized as a quality one. I'm having to compromise on my quality posts in order to bring up my post count. So my quantity is more in evidence than my quality. Yes, we are in rarefied air on this thread.But other posters want to breathe normal air.

As I am just a bit shy of the magical 4,000 figure, I thought I would do a little more math.

Pal had a 9.23% per day post count. I had a 4.00%.He's down now to 8.40% -- a preciptous drop of .83%. I am up to 4.23% -- an increase of .23% per day.
