LOL!!! I love it when liberals are so scared!!! That they have to talk like you are...

Agreed. The only arrow liberals have in their quiver is personal attacks. They will never discuss issues.

You watch. It will all be about how she's a quitter, about how she's dumb, etc. But not one word about the issues she's advocating.

They will never discuss issues.

Conservatives have no place to make such a statement. They are the biggest bunch of whiners and crybabies and practitioners of the politics of personal destruction currently on the U.S. political scene.

If the GOP wants to waste its nomination in 2012 on a quitter, then the GOP should nominate Sarah Palin - who couldn't even complete a term as governor of Alaska.

I say good riddance to her from politics. Just imagine if she had become vice president and then resigned. I am extremely pleased that I didn't vote for her for vice president last November.

Robert Snow said:
Like Ken said, it's a good thing we didn't elect this quitter to the Vice Presidency, she might have quit before her term was over.

Usually a person who has been given the trust to serve the state is obligated to complete their term unless there is an emergency or scandal. I guess Palin just had a bad hair day and has decided to call it quits.

Keep in mind...these folks supported Obama, who "quit" his senate seat to run.

Intellectual dishonesty is on the menu tonight. Enjoy.

Move along...nothing but hypocrisy to see here...(explanation: A person whining and crying about whiners and crybabies).

Ken: Why are you so offended by people who value freedom?

Senator Obama did not resign from the U.S. Senate to run for president.

I have a complaint with McCain AND Obama: do you really think they worked for their districts during the campaign?

Of course they didn't.

Precisely. He held on to his Senate seat, but refused to show up because he was too busy campaigning. Same with Kerry. Same with Lieberman. Same with Clinton. Same with Dole. Same with McCain.

It was wrong when they all did it and it would be wrong for Palin to do it.

The same as all sitting governors, senators, representatives. Even Bob Dole was deep into the campaign before he resigned from the U.S. Senate.

It is interesting that conservatives want to attempt to change the subject from Sarah Palin to President Obama or, in the case of JohnDeereFan, to even a little nobody such as me.

I disagree. The conservatives I see are all issues-oriented.

Perhaps you missed the part where I said "same with Dole".

If it's wrong when they did it, then it would be just as wrong for Palin.

I don't have a problem with any of them for keeping their positions while campaigning for another one.

You should. If they can't honor their obligations as a Senator, then they can't honor their obligations as President, as Obama is already proving.

You must not read or listen to very many conservatives.

Yeah, actually, I do.

I'll let your lack of ability to provide examples speak for itself.

Buck up and do your own homework.

Ken, you're the one who made the claim. Therefore, it's up to you to show evidence to demonstrate that your claim is true, not up to me to do your "homework" for you.

More personal attacks by the conservative side.

Yeah, about a dozen more and I'll catch up with you.
Would you say the same thing if she was a liberal????
Yes, I would. If you've ever read my posts on political issues, then you know that, although I'm a staunch conservative, I argue and vote based on issues and principle, not on person or party.

Oh, but you're wrong. Palin is wrong for quitting...even if it is to be honest for the voters.

Palin is also wrong for staying.

Face it...Palin is just wrong.

I am amazed by the blatant intellectual dishonesty of Ken and others. It is stunning...I'm amazed that they cannot see the obvious. (Maybe I should be amazed that their conscience allows them to ignore it.)

Not surprised that you are OK with a person drawing a government check, that isn't working for it.

Conservatives value fiscal integrity, and transparency toward the voters that elect them. Perhaps you could become one again. Until you change your mind. Again.

Like Governor Sanford does????

So...if I find a liberal that is a child molester, can I accuse you of being one too? Being obtuse isn't becoming.

You know...you really should think out these arguments before putting them on screen...
