We recently canceled our subscription because we NEVER turned the box on. I couldn't justify paying for something we never use. So I suppose it would be none.

There are a few shows that we watch, but we do so via hulu and netflix, its much cheaper than cable and we can watch at our convenience instead of being tied to the network's schedule.

We haven't had cable for years, and we don't get any local stations here. We just use Netflix.

Years ago when we did have cable, I liked Hallmark and AMC (American Movie Classics.)

I'm not liking ABC Family because I've seen some programs that I wholly disagree with. So that's no longer allowed here unless I clear the program.

    The same with Disney.

However, Boomerang is wonderful for my kids because it's all of MY cartoons. :D

I also like HGTV, Discovery and TV Land. DH likes the YES Network for the Yankees games.

Otherwise we don't watch a lot of TV here.

I'll take this one a step further. Not only will I tell you my favorite stations, but also my favorite shows on those stations:

    1. Fox News Channel - Mostly because of Glenn Beck, Sean Hannity, & Bill O'Reilly

    2. USA Network - Only because of WWE Monday Night Raw & the Law & Order SVU & CI marathons (I especially like Mariska Hargitay's character, Detective Olivia Benson)

    3. Spike TV - I like watching TNA Impact & Surviving Disaster (that is a cool show)

    4. Tru TV (AKA Court TV) - Inside American Jail, Cops, Black Gold, Forensic Files, The Investiagtors, Dominic Dunne's Power, Privilege, & Justice & Operation: Repo (especially when the big bald guy that always runs his mouth, gets creamed or out smarted by a little skinny guy)

    5. SyFy (AKA SciFi) - Twilight Zone, 80's Twilight Zone, Tales From the Darkside, & ECW.

    6. A&E - I have always liked watching Cold Case Files, American Justice, Chris Angel: Mindfreak, The First 48, & Dog the Bounty Hunter

    7. Discovery Channel - I'll usually watch it when the Planet Earth, The New Detectives, & The FBI Files is on

    8. AMC - Especially when they are playing some of the coolest movies from the 80's

    9. HBO -mostly when Boxing After Dark or 24/7 is on

    10. Fox - Even though Fox is not a cable station, I enjoy watching America's Most Wanted. I find it entertaining & informative at the same time.

Do you mind if I ask about Disney and ABC Family?? Would appreciate yoru input on this. Just wondering. [Don't know if it's an issue anymore since one is in college with no tv in her dorm room and the other has little time for tv these days.]

It seems like everytime I check out Nickelodeon they are always having a Sponge Bob Squarepants marathon. I can't stand that cartoon. I put that cartoon in the same category with the Teletubbies. My kids will never watch that stuff. That also includes anything that is Disney related.

I am asking this question. Does anyone here know if RFD is a good channel to watch old country music stars?
    Thanks in advance Ray
