    Howdy all :wavey:

I'm looking to create a fill in the blank web form that will compile information and make it easily storable & viewable in one place. I'm struggling for wording here, but here's the premise ...

Several different folks would fill in the information - at their convenience, from wherever they reside. Then, all their responses would be compiled together, in one location, one response after the other. It would not be a survey or guestbook, but a collection of information, long term.

I'm somewhat familiar with HTML coding, but the simpler the directions, the better!
Any suggestions you could offer is appreciated. THANKS! :)

I googled "free easy forms" and on Google the first page of the results is full of both scripts and Form Making Software that are free.
