Shareware powerpoint background

There are software packs of pictures etc. available fairly cheap. One I picked up for 25-30 has 350000 pics. Snoop the old software sites for cheaper I would think.

You can copy and paste them into open office or ?? software and make your slides. There are also religious packs, but kind of "religious" if you catch my drift.

 

I get lots of backgrounds from indezine.com. site is a little awkward and they have free and premium backgrounds. search the free section for what you want and you'll probably find it.

Then do variations on the search

Also, check out the church marketting lab (beta) group, the Shared Worship Background Graphics, and Wallpaper and Backgrounds groups. These will provide, mostly, free resources.

Tons of free stuff out there

 

I make my own... but clicking View, then Master Slide... I take my pics, and make my own.. play around with it, and you can come up with some pretty good stuff, by stretching the picture, fading the picture, etc...

 

Not trying to derail, but I've seen those backgrounds that have moving things - fields of wheat with the wind blowing, etc. Do these work with Powerpoint? And where can I get them?

 

please don't try too hard to find them!

those things drive me nuts when I'm trying to read any text they are behind. I have given up on numerous occasions when the clouds kept coming in and out with white text

I haven't found them to work well at all.

You need to check out getting MediaShout for Windows or ProPresenter for Mac. Then go to any one of a dozen or so sites and find the proper mov. or wma. file.

We exclusively use ProPresenter for all our services and activities. Its a ridiculously good program and since we made the upgrade to hi-def and widescreened all our stuff it works the best.
