    To Scared

For me I would be paralyzed. Just scared plain scared. The thought of dying scares me especially if I knew I had such a short time. Well for sure whatever I don’t think I have right with God I’ll do what I can. But mostly I would be scared.

The sad thing about your friend Janet is that Cancer like she has often goes to other parts of the body. My mom was one of them. She had breast cancer in the 80s and died from spread cancer irreversible. She died in November of 1995 she died at the age of 49 years old.

I will bring this prayer about Janet to another forum I go to. We will pray about it.

madre and I had an experience that reduced the time from months to minutes. We had a house fire on August 1st that trapped our visiting son, madre and I on the third floor of our home. The fire started in the second floor hallway blocking our only way out. Our choices were to wait for the fire company, jump or die.

State troopers rescued our grandson and long before the fire trucks came we saw that little boy all bundled up safe and secure. At that moment, we were both swept up in an incredible sense of peace. We had been faithful to our calling, had no regrets and fully awaited seeing Jesus face to face.

This morning I sipped my coffee a little slower, watched a butterfly sit on a branch and admired madre as she held the grandson..... and thanked the Lord for the wonderful gift of today.

You got it...live every moment of every day as if it were your last. That is the secret. you know, this morning as a matter of fact I was remembering a girl in our neighborhood with the name VITA (means Life). What an apt name for such a girl so full of life. That walk down memory lane was my butterfly image.

    Jesus is Lord

Maybe This Is What I would Do?

Well does anyone really know what they would do unless it were really happening it? I think it about it at times and I imagine what i would do. But Now I wonder if I really would.

But one one thing for sure I know I would do is go by myself in a room and talk with God.. let him know that if he really needs me I am more more then willing to go, thank him most humbly for the life he provided and all the things and people that he has blessed me with in this lifetime.

I would then ask him to please even if I'm not reconciled back to my family to please provide their needs and bless them with each someone in their lives to find a way to him so they can join us when they reach their eternal rest.

I would do what I canto get rid of extra work here for them also.

But one thing I know I would do is to go see my Dad whom I haven't seen in almost 3 yrs..

Rainbowgal, If I can suggest....why don't you plan for that for this year. Perhaps fall or Christmas. # years is an awful long time right?

I want to see my daughter, but it will be in heaven so you go do that.

    Cheers
