Yes, we know. Another gender attack, or at the least a continuation thereof. We get it and get you and see your issue with gender here.

    Your attitude is still unfortunate.

So you set yourself in God's seat as the arbiter of right and wrong and of who sinned and needs to repent. Lovely, just lovely.

It's so clear you need to repent that no one should have to point it out to you.

I'm an arbiter? Naw. That I'm exercising common sense? There ya go!

Your posts are laced with problems with males and their "authority" and/or intelligence. Pretty interesting if you ask me.

No, I think you've shown your true colors here for everyone to see. You've decided I'm wrong and have made a huge deal out of it. I think if you read back you'll find not everyone agrees with you and your pointed opinion of my character.
BTW, the only one that gets to decide if I need to repent is God. He'll let me know. Not you, never you.
And now...you may have the last word because I am through with you.

OK. But just remember this: sparring partners are partners who help sharpen each other---they don't beat each other senseless. Just you two please learn from this and don't beat each other senseless over this. DiamondLady, I love you to pieces. Everybody build each other up in here, please.

In keeping with the OP's theme: should I leave this thread? :)

I have nothing to repent of; you and some of the others in here on the other hand...

The OP isn't "should I leave this thread."

Where did not owning up to ones words come into play? Name calling is cool, and we should all just pretend it didn't happen and act like tele-tubbies?

You're mushy and off-track here and way out of balance. I see no scriptural support for your stance here.

No one is "beating" anyone. Instead? One is calling another out via a gender slam and name-calling.

Repentance and owning up is in order, not a dish of mush. But this is the state of the church, a "loophole" here and a "reasoning" there for name-calling, slams, disobedience, slander, malice, and these are always "justified" after one explains away conscience and conviction and Scriptural precedent. After all, obedience to Scriptural mandates are always up for one's subjective reason and debate, correct? Well, the debater wins of course. You know, we're smarter than God that way, and He needs our reason, and soon enough we can write our own way and our own bible. That way people prevail, and not Christ. It's He that needs us today, and not we Him, yes?

    You're melting into slush JkdBuck76.

People like you give real fundamental Christians a bad name.

Maybe you need to repent of lying? You claimed to come here for advice, but in truth you only wanted someone to agree with you. When that didn't happen, you went on the attack.

Also, you said something to Ann that you would never have had the nerve to say in person, that is cowardly.

How are these arguments edifying? Can we stop throwing rocks and give grace, then move on? If someone is offended it tells me there is some pride in that person, let's get off this uselessness.

Can you explain how being offend means there is pride in a person? If I am offended by something uncalled for being said, how does that show pride?

I know. Maybe I could have worded that a little better.
Nah. The tele-tubbies are non-verbal. Everyone on this thread has been very verbal.

I don't recall offering up any. I said what I said because more heat than light has been generated here, brother.
Christ had not been lifted up in this whole thread unless I've missed something.

You called me "mushy". But that is OK.
I'm glad you got that off your chest.

Again, there is more heat in here than there is light. That must be why I'm turning into slush. They don't call me Frosty the Snowman for nothing!
