For Those Who Struggle @ Christmas

"This is my comfort in my affliction, For Your word has given me life." - Ps. 119:50

For many, the holiday season can be difficult. It can come as an affliction as you struggle to find the joy, hope, peace and love which typically surround this time of year. Life does not stop just because December roles around on the calendar. Trials that confront you, sorrows which have beset your heart, simply do not go away because Christmas arrives. I pray that during this time of year, those of you so afflicted will reflect on the Incarnate Son of God, and the truth that in Christ, all of our troubles can be laid upon Him.
