update from her mother: "she is back from the O R. The ECHO showed no signs if infection around the heart. Her shoulder wound was bigger than Dr. Nguyen first thought but is now very clean and also showed no signs of problems with the graft. He also cleaned up a section of scar tissue on the chest area. Labs will be repeated to test for yeast and she may need to have I V lines changed this week if yeast is still present. Praising God for His continued healing and blessings."

Prayers continue for her, her medical staff,her parents and friends!

 

Per her mom, she has gotten to eat pudding or applesauce this week, and today "She gets to go for a FUN field trip...no procedure just a ride down the hall. And when she has a solid week of clean cultures we get to move to the 4th floor."

 

Thank you so much for these updates which are so uplifting and shows the power of God working in and through this young lady and through the amazing job that the medical staff have and are doing to keep this precious saint exhibiting another miracle from God from Whom ALL blessing flow!

Update: She is improving every day and has been moved out of ICU to a regular room!

 

What a Mighty God we serve!! Praising him for his healing touch, and continuing to pray for Grace.

Thanks to our sister dcorbett for this update from her dad yesterday: She is in dialysis. Today marks 5 consecutive months at Emory. Neuropathic pain in both feet. Improving daily and praying for complete healing.

 

Thanks to dcorbett for this wonderful update: "Today's post from her Dad: Just got a call from her. Kidneys are working and no more dialysis. Thank you for your prayers and praise the name of Jesus for her healing. Tears of joy on this post. Don't tell nobody I was crying."

I am rejoicing with tears in my eyes, too! Isn't the Lord good? Yes, He is good all of the time! We continue to pray for her complete healing!!

 

She is back in icu. This posted earlier.....Pray for her, today has been difficult so far. Laboring to breath, having to install feeding tube (hopefully for only a day or so). Still on fluid overload, with dialysis and fluid restrictions in place.

 

Another update from our sister dcorbett: this morning: She is stable. She went into cardiac arrest this morning. The Drs believe it is due to excess fluid in her lungs. Pray

Dear Lord, in Jesus` name I pray for your hand upon this young woman, for complete healing for her so she may continue to live for your glory. AMEN

 

Thank you to dcorbett for this update from her Dad: Great morning. She is still sedated due to comfort issues on ventilator. She responded to all commands, and would even turn her head, open her eyes and look at you. Also, she has been lowered to the assist mode on the vent. Thank y'all so much for your prayers and we praise our all mighty Lord for her healing. We continue to pray for a complete healing, ...living our faith, and temper our daily expectations as we wait on God's timing. We have not lowered our overall expectations as we ask God for a complete healing of her in this body, a speedy recovery, strength to finish strong in this long journey, and for the Holy Spirit to intervene on our behalf. We prayed together two weeks ago for the strength to overcome unforeseen obstacles, but we had no idea that included cardiac arrest. God did.

 

Dear Great Physician, We lift up this precious Christian lady to lay Your healing hands on her and help us all to trust You completely and believe that Your timing is perfect of her complete healing!
In Your precious Name, Jesus! AMEN!!
