As opposed to a godly sinner?
All sinners are ungodly, these are whom Jesus came to save. If any man think he is not ungodly, then Christ did not die for such, He only died for the ungodly, Romans 5:6.

Do Ungodly Sinners Have Guardian Angels?
Sure, the ones Christ died for, and who shall inherit salvation because of it Heb 1:
14Are they not all ministering spirits, sent forth to minister for them who shall be heirs of salvation?
Christ died for them while they were ungodly Rom 5:6
For when we were yet without strength, in due time Christ died for the ungodly.
I believe Matthew 18:10 covers it, although it does leave room for different interpretations. If you can't see the guardian angel concept in this verse, you won't be able to see it at all.Ok, yes you are right here, but the OP was referring to specific angels assigned to protect specific people. I see nowhere where this is biblical.
Do you think god has a assigned a specific angel to protect you....say angel "Bob"...is he gaurding you now?
maybe I am wrong but I dont see it scripturally.
I do know that this is very hard core RCC belief, but is it scriprual, and is it part of Baptist theology?

It's not actual Catholic dogma, although it is a generally held Catholic belief. To say that God has angels watching over our children is a far cry from saying that God has assigned a personal angel for you to protect you for life.
I believe that there are angels all around me right now, doing battle with the demons of Satan....but, I dont see any evidence that God has assigned a specific angel to protect me, and only me.
This is a RCC belief, and I dont see any scriptural substance to it.

This, if we confine ourselves to the general statement that by the ineffable providence of God, the angels have been deputed to guard men on their pathway through life, it is, as Suarez says, a doctrine of faith, for it is expressly contained in Holy Scripture. If, going a step further, we assert that each individual of the human race has a guardian angel appointed to watch over him from birth, we are still enunciating a Catholic belief, not indeed contained explicitly in Holy Writ, nor defined by the Church as an article of faith, but so universally received and with such solid foundation in Holy Scripture, as interpreted by the Fathers, that it cannot without great rashness be called into question. In fact, to deny it might also be termed erroneous. Fr. Raphael V. O’Connell, SJ

Still, is there any scripture to support us having an angel assigned to us for life?
I have heard people go so far as to say that they see their guardian angel and know him by name.
It is just a myth.

PS....are all angels male? I never heard of any named Debbie or sue or Lucy.
I think you are completely missing the point of the OP. Jesus himself said little children have angels that watch over them.
Mat 18:10 Take heed that ye despise not one of these little ones; for I say unto you, That in heaven their angels do always behold the face of my Father which is in heaven.
So, there is no question as to whether little children have angels that watch over them, the question is whether God would assign angels to guard over wicked sinners?
Heb 1:13 But to which of the angels said he at any time, Sit on my right hand, until I make thine enemies thy footstool?
Heb 1:14 Are they not all ministering spirits, sent forth to minister for them who shall be heirs of salvation?
