I proved it that what Paul said was in reference to Ecclesiastes and Psalms. I QUOTED THE BIBLE THAT SHOWS THE REFERENCE. I even gave the link to the site with the Bible page.

http://www.biblegateway.com/passage/?search=Romans+3:12&version=NIV
Can you see it now?
Your link doesn't work, so I can't see the verse you are trying to direct me to. It is better just to paste it.

Every verse in that passage is almost a direct quote from Psalms.
There is no reference to Ecclesiastes.

Here is your problem.
1. When proven wrong, as in the above you refuse to admit it.
2. You cannot give an adequate explanation of Romans 7:19 to Ann.
3. DeChaser asked for your testimony, and you have ignored him.
4. I asked you to answer 8 simple questions and you responded by calling me Satan, the accuser of the brethren.

And on top of all of that, you claim to walk in the Spirit, without sin, always obeying Christ. Do you expect us to believe that?

The link works. Go try it again. As for you telling me to paste the Bible page, I DID IN THE OTHER THREAD.

I need to log off, but I will wait for you to admit I was right. So hurry and check that out.

Here you go:

Romans 3:12

New International Version (NIV)

12 All have turned away,
they have together become worthless;
there is no one who does good,
not even one.”[a]
Footnotes:

Romans 3:12 Psalms 14:1-3; 53:1-3; Eccles. 7:20

Ecc 7:20 Surely there is not a righteous man on earth who does good and never sins.

But really you should leave the antagonizer to himself.

Where are you DHK? Did you look at the link? Are you ready to apologize and admit I am right and you are wrong?
No, I see a verse quoted with some marginal cross-references which don't prove a thing.

Here is what proves you wrong. I have already done this but you don't accept it for some reason.

Romans 3:12 They are all gone out of the way, they are together become unprofitable; there is none that doeth good, no, not one.

Psalms 14:3 They are all gone aside, they are all together become filthy: there is none that doeth good, no, not one.

The two verses are almost identical. Paul is quoting from Psalms 14:3.
Romans 3:12 has nothing to do with Ecclesiastes inspite of what BibleGateway says. Why do you put your faith in them? I thought your faith was in the Word of God?

You are also an accuser of the brethren.

What I am is an accuser of a childish troll who needs his mommy to spank his backside and teach him to play well with others. Don't you have some homework to do or maybe a need to clean your room.

YOU WENT BY YOUR BIBLE THAT CROSS-REFERENCED PSALMS. MY BIBLE CROSS-REFERENCED PSALMS AND ECCLESIASTES. Biblegateway did NOT do the referencing...lol...so much for your rude false assessments. I guess you want to go against all the people who put together the NIV. lol

I like Mandym's signature. Did you read it, Moriah?

What you say to and about others says a whole lot about you.

It has been a long time since I had children and can faintly remember such a comment. So I was wondering what your theological point was?

DHK,

You still have to publicly apologize to me. You closed that thread before apologizing.

Here is the link:

This is your proof that Romans 7 is about the unsaved? Yet I will listen to Paul:

So I find it to be a law that when I want to do right, evil lies close at hand. 22 For I delight in the law of God, in my inner being, 23 but I see in my members another law waging war against the law of my mind and making me captive to the law of sin that dwells in my members. 24 Wretched man that I am! Who will deliver me from this body of death? 25 Thanks be to God through Jesus Christ our Lord! So then, I myself serve the law of God with my mind, but with my flesh I serve the law of sin.

An unsaved man does not delight in the law of God.

We do not do works to get saved or to stay saved!
What you said ("to stay saved") makes no sense to me. If there is no works there is no faith. If one is genuinely saved there is works that follow. A genuine, saving faith produces good works. Good works do not save anyone. One who is saved will show evidence of that in their faith in Jesus which is exhibited by good works. Good works is the proof of their faith. Faith without works is dead. A creedal faith is dead. A creedal faith is nothing more than words on a page. A genuine saving faith is alive and has life.
