Chief Justice John G. Roberts will give, by long-standing tradition, the following Oath to Obama on January 21, 2013:
I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my Ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States.
When Obama released his fraudulent long-form birth certificate on April 27, 2011, he proclaimed to the World that he is a usurper of the Office of President as he is not a Natural Born Citizen! His Father was a British Citizen of Kenya, making Obama a British Subject at birth. Let that soak in for a moment, so he cannot be a Natural Born Citizen. Since a Natural Born Citizen is defined as a “Child born of two citizen parents“ Obama is not NATURAL BORN….

.......this is why the Constitution has this requirement for the Office of President… in Article II Sec. 1 Clause 5.

This was to guarantee that the President did not have divided loyalties as we have with Obama and his Muslim roots. The following link is from an Egyptian source that verifies domestic sources of Treason from Obama.
If Chief Justice Roberts administers the Oath of Office to Obama in defiance of the Constitution and his own knowledge, the Republic is as good as dead; and he will have handed the Coup de Grace to the nation and opened himself to impeachment.

I am not pro-Obama, far from it, but has a court of law declared the certificate a fraud ?

Bigamy is a fraudulent act, but PROOF must be given and a court of law declare the bigamous marriage null and void before anything else, if I understand the law correctly.

The problem is that NNE opposed Obama in court, unless I missed it. Not the Republicans, not the tea party, not a private citizen, not the US Bar, not any state bar. NNE SET THE MACHINERY IN MOTION.

All these statements that Obama is NOT a natural-born citizen is repeated and believed in only in patriots' circles and opposition circles.

Go to court and prove it in court.
But no one has done that, so Obama is laughing all the way to the bank.

And Chief Justice Roberts will swear that wimp of a fraud in, he had no problem with betraying the trust of people already with Obamacare and laughing and saying "hey, you voted him in, now suck it in", why should he have a problem swearing Obama in.

The OP seems to forget that many people have filed lawsuits, this engaging the machine. The problem is Obama and his handlers crushed all opposition in drawn out legal battles.

If Obama is legit then why did he fight so hard? Why did he not prove it right off the bat?

Because this is such a silly notion it was not worth responding to until so many nut jobs got involved that it was becoming distracting for the country. I don't think he ever should have responded to this lunacy.

Let’s cut through all the opinion and speculation, all the “he says”, “she says”, fluff, and go right to the irrefutable, constitutional authority on all terms and phrases mentioned in the U.S. Constitution: the Supreme Court of the United States.

First, let me note that there are 4 such cases which speak of the notion of “natural born citizenship”.

Each of these cases will cite or apply the definition of this term, as given in a book entitled, The Law of Nations, written by Emmerich de Vattel, a Swiss-German philosopher of law. In that book, the following definition of a “natural born citizen” appears, in Book I, Chapter 19, § 212, of the English translation of 1797 (p. 110):
