This is a very interesting read giving the views of immigrants of what is right with the U.S.A.

All the complainers and nay sayers should read this book.

I had to re-read my post 5 times, but I'm not seeing where I said that.

My apologies to you and the OP for my comment if it was inflammatory. I'm sure the good folks there are working tirelessly to put out high quality programming without an agenda and produce only the finest entertainment suitable for the whole family to enjoy.

I do not get HBO either Salty. The book was excellent with story after story on how great it is to be able to live in the USA. As one immigrant said something to the effect that, "The worst here is better than the best where I came from."

Numerous immigrants commented on how people born here do not realize how good it is and how much the native born take for granted.

Salty, see if your public library has a copy. It will make you even more proud to be a citizen of the USA.

Interesting that you should use this quote Crabby.
Our way of life (how good it is and how much the native born take for granted) is rapidly being demolished by those you hold in such high esteem.

Thanks for the info -- will read it. As a spouse of an immigrant, I think I am able to appreciate more of what we have in this country than I would otherwise. I think our kids are as well.
