Limiting Vocational Choices of Women

This book will be a new volume in the series "Religious Cultures in the Early Modern World", published by PICKERING & CHATTO. Currently there are 14 volumes in this series.

I understand and appreciate your reply. What I am curious about is when were the first Protestant Nun orders founded? Were they founded during the Reformation or in more modern times?
