If I drink milk with my jelly donut, I'm told I can dilute the sugar in the donut...perhaps if I do it in an hour, I could have another one. What say you:wavey:

Use whole milk, and you counter the sugar with protein.
The vitamins stored in the milkfat will balance out your body chems as well.

Remember to never consume simple sugars without protein, and you will be a much healthier person.

Drink milk with your donut? What in the name of Sam Hill am I supposed to do with the coffee then? Fried cake donuts don't have any calories. The calories were all in the cemter and the bakery punches that part out. As a result, donut holes have twice the calories. Don't eat them.

Now I think you've got your math messed up on the donut per hour. You have to convert the number of donuts to metric. The formula is to double it and add 30. Say you were going to eat 4 donuts. Double it is 8 and add 30 equals 38 metric donuts. 38 donuts would be gluttony. Eat half as many metric donuts; 19 minus 30 is negative eleven. A negative amount cannot contain any fat, sugar or calories. There you go!

I say you're making fun of the "Water and Alcohol" thread.
