Tough question that has me wondering. Help needed

    In Despicable Me the minion Jerry was average height and size. In Despicable Me 2 he is short and chubby. They both
    have brown eyes.

    So, did they get another actor to play Jerry in the second film or is it a different Jerry?

    My dd thought the same thing for a while, but then realized it was Dave, not Jerry, who was the short stocky one.

    But it says on the internet that Jerry is the short stocky one in DM2 - it must be true! :)

    Whew - that clears that up :)
