Liberals are folks who come together to pat themselves on the back for their conservative politics while always failing to recognize their liberalism in every other area.

 

Zaac -- unfortunately, your definition of liberal isn't correct. What you describe isn't liberal; it's sanctimonious self-righteousness.

For the record, I'm anti-abortion, pro-death penalty, and hold views that fit the classically-accepted middle line between conservativism and libertarianism.

 

I disagree. With Jesus as the measuring stick, anything that strays from HIS behavior is liberal.

 

So someone who doesn't like talking politics is now giving his personal description of what he wants a liberal to mean.

Oh boy, that's not helpful. Very Christlike.....NOT! This is the sort of behavior that Zaac complains about, and rightly so.

 

Zaac isn't woried about what is Christ like. He is worried that Obama is being criticized. Half his posts are an example of what he is supposedly complaining about.

 

Did you go to the YouTube link and watch/listen? What did you think of it?

 

No, I am not watching that stuff. It doesn't matter because whatever is wrong with it, propping up Zaac is not the answer to it.

And he just did what Rev and certain other individuals on here do everyday. Shoot they might actually be the same person. In 2:35 he railed against liberals as though people would be safer from hell if they became "conservatives".

Like folks on this board, there is definitely more of a concern coming across for politics and political persuasion than there is for seeing people saved from hell.

 

ITL, he doesn't care what the guy said because his world is more conservative vs liberal based than it is Saved vs Lost.

 

One who preaches the evils of guns and seeks to disarm the law abiding public, but surrounds themselves with armed guards.
