Some pictures of Officer Wilson's face soon after the accident is excellent evidence in his defense. And Brown's body, after what, four autopsies, should reveal if his face was free of injuries --aside from the bullet holes.

If only the policeman was black there would not have been this absurd madness now going on. Everything has to be made into a race-oriented thing by the-powers-that-be.

I still contend that if the church were being the church that loves Jesus and neighbor as self, then this political disease would be out of the church and God's people would be uniting around a love of Christ and others instead of being divided by partisan politics and skin color.

From the looks of things and if Blacks have been treated by the police in Ferguson the way that they say, the lynch mob may have already been there but no one outside of Ferguson gave it much attention.

Assuming that it's valid, that is a sobering statistic, and worthy of being addressed by society. However, it applies to populations, and thus should be given no weight in the investigation of Brown's shooting. Let the evidence directly connected to this particular incident do the speaking.

 

Of course, the fact that whites are 25 times more likely to be assaulted by blacks than vice versa has no bearing on this particular case where the lynch mob wants a pound of white flesh before the facts can be established. However, it does undermine the assumption that the gentle giant was by race alone a non-bully. Do you think that the violence in MO will spread across the USA? Do you think that those white people who can will move out of Ferguson?

How Soon We Forget ....

Hands and feet are weapons. No one is "Unarmed" that is unless they are physically missing both arms.

Back in the, way before weapons were developed, many killed man with the use of his hands.

This was not some cuddly little kid. He was 6'4" 290lbs. Quite a big hunk of cuddly, that if provoke, would and could cause bodily harm.

The reason a cop carries a gun is to allow him or her the chance to make it home at the end of the shift, to enjoy their family!

Would any of you REALLY, honestly, have handled this any differently if you were in the officer's shoes?

LIke I said, Brown coud have easily walked to the sidewalk and he'd be alive. He could have avoided physically confronting and apparently attacking the officer, and he'd be alive today! He could have respect the fact that, ike many say, he was out gunned, and cooperated with the police, and he'd be alive today!

We all know that the police in this cuntry carry guns. And only the smartest of the human race continue to live after a confrontation with a cop, because we respect their authority, and quake at the thought of giving them the reason for pulling their gun!

Enough said! Brown should've, could've and would've been alive today had he only lived smartly! Plus he knew he was black, and according to what I hear, blacks believe white cops are gunning for them! So, act smart, smile and cooperate, be polite, never argue, do as they ask, and you will walk away.

It is apparent that something didn't happen that should have happened, and now a man is dead and another's life is thoroughly ruined. The cop will be lucky to get a security job at WalMart, and not as a greeter!

 

What is apparent in all these threads about this shooting is that there are a few people here who have never faced another person who has the means and the will to do them harm. And they simply can't put themselves in a place similar to the police officer.

They may never have been in a fight as a grown person and don't realize the harm one man can do to another with their hands. It ain't like the movies.

The will to survive is a powerful motivator and can easily turn 2 shots into six, or whatever it takes, to be sure the threat is neutralized. Especially when you are already injured and know the next blow might be the last you can take.

That's giving our fellow members the benefit of the doubt and maybe one or two don't deserve it. They are only here to dispute and disrupt, and nothing else matters.

as is the will to kill. Back in the day I taught my little sister how to defend herself, and gave her the final instruction: DO NOT HESITATE. Well, she was put into a situation and she hesitated, and had a traumatic experience along with a classmate of hers.

adrenalin can be terrible when the choice is fight. it clouds most anything...reason, judgment, inhibitions.
when the choice is flight, I've seen somebody jump over a seven foot wall with one leap.
