NCAA Top 4

    So who do you all think will make the NCAA playoffs? Top contenders by conference are --

    ACC - Florida State
    Big 10 - Ohio State or Michigan State
    Big 12 - Baylor or OU - maybe even TCU
    SEC - GA, Ole Miss, Miss State - with Bama and Auburn still in the mix
    Pac 12 - Oregon or Arizona
    Notre Dame

    A lot of good football this weekend --

    Notre Dame vs. FSU
    Baylor vs. West Virginia
    UGA vs. Arkansas
    OU vs. Kansas State
    A&M vs. Alabama
    Oklahoma State vs. TCU

    Should be very interesting.

    Unless something completely unexpected happens to FSU, they should be in. Baylor is the most likely candidate from the Big XII, in my mind. Whoever wins the SEC Championship Game (I think between Georgia and Mississippi State) is in. The question then becomes does the SEC get a second team in, or does the PAC-12 or Big Ten get a team in. The Big Ten is likely out, as it's possible their champion will have two losses. Notre Dame is only in if they beat FSU.

    I think the Playoff will be:
    #1 Mississippi State vs #4 Florida State
    #2 Baylor vs #3 Oregon

    I would love to see Georgia make it into the playoff, but the SEC West is so strong this year...
