But this is what they do. If they sanitize God by calling Him allah, then it serves their purpose of making Christians look intolerant to the rest of the world because of their objection.

The subject of them objecting to Christians praying in the name of Jesus will never come up because they say allah.

The Episcopal church is stupid for allowing this because they know all to well that the Muslims aren't referring to JESUS when they say allah.

It's a type of abomination that causes desolation.

In 2003, the Episcopal Church (USA) said to the majority of the Anglican Communion: “Goodbye—it’s been nice knowing you.” The bishop whom ECUSA chose to confirm and consecrate, over the uniform objection of all the Anglican primates at the time. The Episcopal Church in not in communion (or in a state of impaired communion) with the vast majority of The Anglican Communion. I lot of my extended family has Episcopalian roots. Most are now part of episcopal (Anglican) synods not connected to The Episcopal Church. Four entire dioceses of The Episcopal Church have withdrawn over the departure of that denomination from fundamental Christian doctrines. Nothing new here, it is happening all over the Protestant world. UCC, United Methodist, Presbyterian Church, USA, Evangelical Lutheran Church, Disciples of Christ, etc. etc., all have lost their theological moorings. All are declining in memberships quickly.

Bible believing Episcopalians?? Is there such a thing?? The fact is that the Muslim call to prayer, and the ritual prayers repeated Friday by Muslims in a putatively Christian church building, are explicitly anti-Christian. Muhammad is God’s messenger, not Jesus and not the Hebrew prophets, they say.

When I was in the Virginia Defense Force (State Guard) our Chaplain was Reformed Episcopalian, and he preached Bible Based messages at our drills!

the way I see it, the Cathedral is a national landmark, and just as Berghdal's father reciting a muslim prayer in the white house's rose garden "sanctifies" that place to muzzies all over the world, so does an Imam reciting their prayer from their koran "sanctifies" that entire ground to them. IOW, in their minds the US is now clearly theirs.
When I was in the old country, I lived in an area predominantly muzzie, over there, they referred to it in English, as "sultanate", ruled by a sultan, and whenever there are occassions to be celebrated, the sultan's thugs would go around, enter any house, and take what they want, chicken, cattle, fish you may have caught, with no warning, no permission, nothing.
It's their sultanate, their sultan needs the things, end of story.
We are a muslim conquered country already to them, we just don't know it yet.

Thanks for explaining what the Islamic terrorist services in the Episcopal Cathedral in DC meant. It did mean that it is now Allah's property.

Yesterday it was announced that the Saudis designated CAIR as a terrorist organization. Everyone knows that they are linked to Hamas. So Hamas prayed to Allah in the Episcopal Cathedral. The other group involved, the Muslim Brotherhood is a terrorist organization with roots in Nazi Germany.

I see your point and Episcopalians were idiots to do it, but from a Christian standpoint, it meant nothing. The building could blow up or fall down and it wouldn't matter one bit.

But they can't destroy our religion, only the symbols of our religion. To them, they are one and the same. To us, they are not.
