What are your plans? Mine are to relax, exercise, watch a movie, read, and if possible be out witnessing depending on the weather.

With Mrs. Rolf's help, yard work. May reload a few lots of rifle cartridges if I have the time later. Anything but shopping...

On Sunday afternoon (5/31) I plan to be at our church's outdoor Celebration Sunday.

It was almost 40 years ago when God led our Founding Pastor (Al Henson) to return to his home area in northern Middle TN and begin an outreach to this area. We (www.lighthouseministries.org) are still trying to do the business which "Bro. Al" was called.

As with any outreach for the Lord, we've had our ups and downs, but God's been faithful to us through all of them. :godisgood:

If you're anywhere near the SE Nashville TN area on Sunday 5/31 you're more than welcome to join us at 5:00 p.m.!! [We're very close to the I-24 eastbound exit 59.] :wavey:

Saturday: yard work, planting cold-weather seeds, watching our pastor's son's wedding via streaming - it's in MD, 600+ miles away. Sunday: church services. Monday: driving 500 miles to daughter/son-in-law/5 grandkids for a week's visit.

Today is the first day of our weekend since we are always off on Mondays and so the church gave us today off for the holiday. So for today, I rode 4 horses. That took a lot of time (I was fitting saddles to three of them) and then I came home, made dinner and then took a shower. Now I'm in my pjs and ready for bed and I'm already sore!

Tomorrow I have to take care of the horses and I may ride again or maybe not - I'm not sure. I also want to do a little bit of gardening if I can.

Sunday will be church and then we have a dessert to go to at 7 pm. In between those two, I will take care of the horses and then we will be having dinner and after the dessert, we will sleep on the boat.

Monday is our village parade and many of our church kids are marching. We will head to town for the parade and then go out on the boat for the rest of the day, probably rafting up with other boating people we know and BBQing. :)

Got an organized bike ride to take part in on Sunday morning and then church Sunday evening. Other than that, I think I'll just wing it.

:)

"Ketchup or mustard?" ;)

Congratulations and may this be just one more chapter in a long and happy relationship!

My wife wants a shotgun for the house...And because she has never shot one, I'm thinking single shot breach loaded w 410 or 20 guage ...22 in barrel...only I can't find one....they want to sell you expensive trap guns or over and under guns, but that's not what I want. also going to buy this cool locking bookshelf with a false bottom and put it close to the front door. Simple right! So tomorrow....More shot gun shopping....at least I enjoy that! :)
