Are you going to watch the battle of the two titans this evening? Number 1 against Number 2.

At first I thought you were referring to one of the AFC South's "rebuilding" Tennessee (Nashville) Titans.

The team used to was the Houston Oilers, then they were moved to TN to become the "TN Oilers," and finally the TN Titans.

In their first season in Music City USA, they actually made it to the Super Bowl. As predicted, they "came in second."

The only other highlight worth mentioning was when the Buffalo Bills played them & the Titans scored a "Music City Miracle" against them.

Can't remember the exact date, but it was probably the first Saturday of whatever month it was because WPE3BQL was at his TN ANG "Drill Weekend" and happened to watch it on one of the TV's that was located in the "maintenance hangar" where the Avionics Guidance & Control "Duty Section" was then located.

Personally, WPE3BQL isn't that much of a sports fan to begin with, and I've never wasted any of my "fiat money" occupying a seat at what's NOW the Nissan Stadium! (This has got to be at least the 3d or 4th time that the "taxpayer- [Code for people stupid enough to even want the place to begin with!] funded" playing field lies. (It's located basically between I-24 W exits 48-49.)

Anyhow, Crabby, to answer your OP anyway, WPE3BQL is NOT going to watch it!!

There's what the church of which I'm a member ( www.lighthouseministries.org ) "Second" Sunday service, "Lighthouse Noon," having a "Family Bible Study" which I believe will be somewhat more edifying than wasting my time watching any "Clash of the Titans."

"That's my story, and I'm sticking with it!"

I think that Germany's attack has a better chance of prevailing over the U.S.'s defense.

My guess- 3-1. But this one is difficult to pick I think.

Germany had a pretty docile first half and this U.S. team is playing harder then I've ever seen.

I am surprised that they let that German gal still play with a still-bleeding head wound.

Yeah Germany was like, "what concussion protocols?"

Pretty amazing performance for the US considering their offense looked pretty unimaginative until tonight.

It was a great game, the greatest game ever in Women's World Cup; a power rating of 95.5 ... WOW!.

Really it is time to silence their critics as hopefully they can do that on Sunday. As they meet Japan in the finals.
