Just part of the Signs of The End Times as men try to become women and women want to act like men More and More.....Jesus Coming Back Soon to straighten out this world and clean up all the sin....Hope You Will Be Ready when JC comes back again as this age ends and The New Age of God's Millennium Kingdom Begins then after that Thousand Years Satan is loosed for a time to deceive again and then he is gone for good as Christ's Kingdom then Reigns Forever.....It is All In The Book of Revelations if you dare to read and see for yourself....Hope You will be ready and hope to see you In His Kingdom Forever

Coaching is much more than teaching. She has no experience in the game and can only have book knowledge at best. This is not wise.

Fully agree - Coaching is leading and making decisions.

However, she did play on a men's (non-NFL) football team.
From Wiki: Welter rushed for three carries for -1 yards,

I have absolutely no interest in sports. I watched part of a Yankees game the other night when visiting my dad but I did so just to be with him - he watches every game they play. It almost put me to sleep.

So I say this as a disinterested observer.

According to you and according to some of the comments I read, this is a sign of the end of times because a woman is trying to be a man.

Well, what about all of those men coaches who coach women's collegiate teams across the United States? In fact, according to a link I looked at, over 68% of those women's teams are coached by men.

It also said that since Title IX (I do know that that is), that the number of female coaches for female college teams has dropped drastically.

Are those men trying to be women? Are they a sign of the end of times and Christ's return? Do we wonder if they go into the women's locker rooms? I've never thought about that - thinking about it now I assume that they do not go in there.

The head coach said that she had more actual experience as a player than did other assistant coaches for his team.

I know that men don't always like women in "their world". Politics, sports, Christian message boards, hunting, the work place, the military, etc. I know that women "leading (teams) and making decisions" is an oxymoron to some.

I don't think this woman is trying to be a man. And I really don't think this is a sign that Jesus is coming back.

The title writer took a bit of literary license, as they almost always do. The job is an interim position. She does have experience in playing Rugby and Women's Football. You can discount that if you want. However she must show promise as a teacher or they would not have hired her even for an interim job. She holds a masters degree in sports psychology. She is no dummy. Why dump on her before giving her a chance. Are y'all insecure about women being more talented? [Just curious there.]

There are a few women high school football coaches.

Big deal. Alabama's had a woman as their head coach for years.

Then I'm guessing that with 'Bama's success, everyone will be hiring women.
