People like to call Arminians "synergists". The quote IN MY SIGNATURE below gives the correct Arminian understanding of regeneration, and it is in no way synegistic.

God can do EVERYTHING. But he can't make a grace dependent synergistic system?

God basis the ultimate salvation of a sinner though in that theology on the "free will" of the person, and not His own Will!

No , just that there are things cannot do, as that would violate His very nature, so he cannot save a sinner apart from the Cross of Christ and His election based upon His own free will!

Your saying your God can't teach a sinner to stop sinning, he can only shove his hand in them and workem like a puppet.

No, just that a Siner NEVER will be able to stop sinning by being taught, as they need to have the Holy Spirit and a new nature within them to help them do that.

And the ONLY one that controls sinners like a puppet master is satan, as those lost are right now under his Domenion!

You're not still on about this, are you?
So long as you deny Irresistible Grace you're a synergist, because the sinner must cooperate with God in order to be saved. The way Wesley gets around this is not to bring the subject up, but it's there, like an elephant in his bathroom.

If you believe in Arminianism, just go for it! Be a proud synergist!

Brother its by God's grace you even take a single breath. God counts every hair on your head.

With what you are saying is God is too dumb to teach a sinner to stop sinning.
That sin is greater at being sin than God is at being God.

There is no sin in heaven buddy. When will you stop?

A Brain transplant doesn't mean you repented it means God repented.

    JOHN WESLEY Sermon 85

    http://www.umcmission.org/Find-Reso...ns/Sermon-85-On-Working-Out-Our-Own-Salvation

    4. Yet this is no excuse for those who continue in sin, and lay the blame upon their Maker, by saying, "It is God only that must quicken us; for we cannot quicken our own souls." For allowing that all the souls of men are dead in sin by nature, this excuses none, seeing there is no man that is in a state of mere nature; there is no man, unless he has quenched the Spirit, that is wholly void of the grace of God. No man living is entirely destitute of what is vulgarly called natural conscience. But this is not natural: It is more properly termed preventing grace. Every man has a greater or less measure of this, which waiteth not for the call of man. Every one has, sooner or later, good desires; although the generality of men stifle them before they can strike deep root, or produce any considerable fruit. Everyone has some measure of that light, some faint glimmering ray, which, sooner or later, more or less, enlightens every man that cometh into the world. And every one, unless he be one of the small number whose conscience is seared as with a hot iron, feels more or less uneasy when he acts contrary to the light of his own conscience. So that no man sins because he has not grace, but because he does not use the grace which he hath. --John Wesley

    All Men have the capability.

Even St. Augustine, who is generally supposed to favour the contrary doctrine, makes that just remark, Qui fecit nos sine nobis, non salvabit nos sine nobis: "He that made us without ourselves, will not save us without ourselves." He will not save us unless we "save ourselves from this untoward generation;" unless we ourselves "fight the good fight of faith, and lay hold on eternal life; "unless we "agonize to enter in at the strait gate," "deny ourselves, and take up our cross daily," and labour by every possible means to "make our own calling and election sure." -- John Wesley

    SYNERGIST is required.

16 For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.

Let me write YOUR bible's verse.

16 For God so loved the elect that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever has everlasting life should not perish but believes in Him.

You preach the 2nd verse all the time. Tell me you hate the 2nd and love the first verse.

    1 peter 1

22Since you have in obedience to the truth purified your souls for a sincere love of the brethren, fervently love one another from the heart, 23for you have been born again not of seed which is perishable but imperishable, that is, through the living and enduring word of God.

It says being born again is a result of the word of God.

It doesn't say you are born again by God's random choice and as a result you comprehend the word of God.

I don't have to define any of it, I let the bible define.

His disciples could have wrote down God so love his holy elect only. Wouldn't you write that?

They could have wrote that, Jesus could have said this. But they did not.

Your total depravity is so messed up. You think even Jesus has total depravity of grammar.

For 1500 years world meant world.

You are avoiding the rest of what I said.

It says in 1 peter 1: People are BORN AGAIN through the word of GOD.

    1 Peter 1
23for you have been born again not of seed which is perishable but imperishable, that is, through the living and enduring word of God.

You would argue this is impossible. Because you would have to be BORN AGAIN FIRST, Regenerated, to the capacity to even hear the word of God.

Is the scripture above RIGHT or WRONG?

A Christian says the scripture is RIGHT.

Back up from there though, as the Holy Spirit MUST grant the sinner the heart/mind to receive and belief in the word of God unto salvation!

And World dos not aways mean same thing!

Your not debating me but the word of God. I'm quoting scripture brother.

    1 Peter 1
23for you have been born again not of seed which is perishable but imperishable, that is, through the living and enduring word of God.

You get born again by the word of God. It says the word of GOD CAUSES being born again. It doesn't say belief in the word of God is a result of born again.

That is you start NON-BELIEVER> WORD OF GOD>BORN AGAIN.

It does not says NON-BELIEVER>BORN AGAIN>WORD OF GOD.

If Peter were to agree with your version he would have said:

    1 Peter 1
23for you have been born again not of seed which is perishable but imperishable, that is, through granting the heart and mind.

    He did not say that.

The way scripture says things happen is correct.

You fail to see that the Holy Spiit MUST first give the sinner means to be able to receive the Word of God though!

    You provide NO SCRIPTURE.

    Scripture says:

    1 Peter 1
23for you have been born again not of seed which is perishable but imperishable, that is, through the living and enduring word of God.

^ "you have been born again through the living and enduring word of God."

Every Christian can say amen to that. You deny it.

You use Scripture as women use mascara; not to reveal but to conceal.
Who is the 'you' in the text you quote? The people whom Peter was writing to, right?

1 Peter 1:1-2. 'Peter, an apostle of Jesus Christ, to the pilgrims of the dispersion in Pontus, Galatia, Cappadocia, Asia and Bithynia, elect according to the foreknowledge of God the Father, in sanctification of the Spirit, for obedience and sprinkling of the blood of Jesus Christ.'

These people were chosen by God the Father
    1. according to the love He had for them from the beginning of time (prognosis: knowing in love beforehand).
    2. Through the Spirit setting them apart.
    3. For the purpose of their obedience to the Gospel and their cleansing from sin by the blood of Christ.
[Notice the Trinitarianism of the verse]
So the people who are born again in v.23 do not give themselves new birth (as if anyone could!), but are those who are God's elect and are regenerated by the power of the Triune God. Monergism.
That the means used is the word of God is not in dispute (James 1:18)
