Yes. Each and every one being manifestations in this terrestrial realm of the celestial beings behind them. Example:

Jesus said:

30 I will no more speak much with you, for the prince of the world cometh: and he hath nothing in me; Jn 14

Who actually came? How was this 'prince' manifested in this realm?:

3 Judas then, having received the band of soldiers, and officers from the chief priests and the Pharisees, cometh thither with lanterns and torches and weapons. Jn 18

10 to the intent that now unto the principalities and the powers in the heavenly places might be made known through the church the manifold wisdom of God, Eph 3
12 For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world-rulers of this darkness, against the spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places. Eph 6

It is important to understand this so that you don't confine yourself to the dry, barren land of literal, by 'the letter' only, interpretation within His magnificent word.

Another example, Gen 3:15:

15 and I will put enmity between thee and the woman, and between thy seed and her seed: he shall bruise thy head, and thou shalt bruise his heel. Gen 3

How was the serpent manifested in this terrestrial realm? How did he wound our Saviour?:

42 Jesus said unto them, If God were your Father, ye would love me: for I came forth and am come from God; for neither have I come of myself, but he sent me.
43 Why do ye not understand my speech? Even because ye cannot hear my word.
44 Ye are of your father the devil, and the lusts of your father it is your will to do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and standeth not in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaketh a lie, he speaketh of his own: for he is a liar, and the father thereof. Jn 8

It was indeed a celestial being, Satan, that murdered Christ, but manifested in this terrestrial realm through his emissaries.

 

The word of the Lord came to me: “Son of man, say to the ruler of Tyre,[Ezekiel 28:1,2a]

This is who Ezekiel was addressing.

IMO, all terrestrial manifestations of the celestial 'king of Babylon'.

 

Comparing scripture with scripture:

13 But the prince of the kingdom of Persia withstood me one and twenty days; but, lo, Michael, one of the chief princes, came to help me: and I remained there with the kings of Persia. Dan 10

This 'prince of Persia' surely is not flesh & blood to have held off Daniel's angel for 21 days. The 'kings of Persia' almost certainly were flesh & blood.

I tend to believe those two passages[Ezekiel 28 & Isaiah 14] gives us a picture of how Satan fell, but they were not Satan himself.

Just like the Tree of Life. It is symbolic of the Christ, but not the Christ.

 

I have the Nave's topical bible and he ascribes Nebuchadnezzar to being 'Lucifer'. I have read others who ascribe Belshazzer as being 'Lucifer'.

 

Yes, the terrestrial manifestation of the celestial king of Tyre:

12 Son of man, take up a lamentation over the king of Tyre, and say unto him, Thus saith the Lord Jehovah: Thou sealest up the sum, full of wisdom, and perfect in beauty.
13 Thou wast in Eden, the garden of God; every precious stone was thy covering, the sardius, the topaz, and the diamond, the beryl, the onyx, and the jasper, the sapphire, the emerald, and the carbuncle, and gold: the workmanship of thy tabrets and of thy pipes was in thee; in the day that thou wast created they were prepared.
14 Thou wast the anointed cherub that covereth: and I set thee, so that thou wast upon the holy mountain of God; thou hast walked up and down in the midst of the stones of fire.
15 Thou wast perfect in thy ways from the day that thou wast created, till unrighteousness was found in thee.

Again, this is no description of a mortal man.

 

I read something from gotquestion.org and they said this passage was probably a dual prophecy. It was addressing the king of Tyre, but was also telling us about the fall of Satan.

 

The NT writers were inspired by God to write. We are not and it does not give us license to make things up out of thin air.

 

You actually claim the Creator God is just performing an experiment gone horribly wrong.
That is a sick claim on your part and points out your prideful heart.

 

All things happen by ordinance of God according to His perfect will...no matter how much we cannot grasp God's purpose.
