These people simply want the government to continue ignoring immigration laws. Catch and release, all of that. They may well they see themselves as part of the 'Underground Railroad' of anti-bellum days. That or they just have a lot family members who are illegal aliens.

Illegal aliens, after they're caught, become documented illegal aliens. This issue with them isn't about documentation.

The leaders of the Left are masters at controlling our thoughts through the manipulation of language. Calling illegal aliens "undocumented" almost makes them sound like victims, that they've been deprived.

They are criminals. They are breaking our laws.

Sanctuary has been with us from at least the 4th century and perhaps longer. There is nothing new about churches providing protection to those they believe are being unfairly targeted.

Every country in the world limits immigration and has immigration laws. The US has among the highest rate of immigration in the world. So, there's no justification for anyone to claim these illegal aliens are being unfairly targeted. And, the only thing these illegal aliens are being targeted for deportation for trespassing, not execution for their faith.

Something else has been around much longer than the 4th century, wicked people doing wicked things while pretending that they're doing good things. Furthermore:

The whole idea of safe houses for these illegal aliens is ridiculous. Illegal aliens could "safely" live anywhere, just not at the address they gave INS when they were caught for whatever crime that resulted in them being identified as illegal aliens. And, when they leave these safe houses, they're as equally likely to get caught as when they leave any home. The safe houses are too ridiculous to be believed.

They're really just rent-free home. Are you here illegally? Yes? Congratulations, you've earned a rent-free home! Free rent for the illegal aliens, and "good" publicity for those running the scam and for their agenda.
