Sure. I'm not gonna skip a wedding or funeral over denominational grounds.

Went to a Christmas concert at the local Episcopal church last night. A little highbrow so to speak, but very good.

SBC entity heads certainly aren't. Surely there are many Southern Baptist chuches at any time that could use an interim pastor themselves, but International Mission Board president David Platt heads to a huge nondenominational congregation, McLean Bible Church, instead. Just look at the abundance of men and women leaders at that multisite megachurch:

Or check out the recent sermons at St. Francis in the Fields Episcopal Church. Yes, it's Albert Mohler at their pulpit chatting on "Christianity for Hyper-Modern Times." What a treat for them:

Is it possible they are considering becoming SBC?
Our DOM has visited churches that have thought about the SBC

Next month I'll be traveling to see two Catholics get married by an Episcopalian. Not sure how that came about, but whatever.

I at times when it does not conflict with my home church attend the local presbyterian church, it has a congregation of christian people and the minister there is probably the best biblical expositor in my local area.

It was short. Driving back home now. Apparently the priest was an old family friend on one side.

Chatted with him a bit, real nice guy.

When I travel I will visit different churches to get a feel for what they do.

When I speak at different Colleges and Seminaries I will participate in their Chapel services so not to be rude.

I have been visiting different denominations on Sun am - but its part of my job. I sell air time to churches - and I have been attending in order to meet the pastors.

My local church meets on Sun at 3 pm.

When visiting family in a small town in the upper mid-west we attend an Evangelical Free Church. Very similar to baptist.
