Is man restricted to his own Nature?

But the natural man receiveth not the things of the Spirit of God: for they are foolishness unto him: neither can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned. 1 Cor 2:14

Natural man: Does that equal, man, the living soul? ψυχικὸς δὲ ἄνθρωπος - soulish yet man

Genesis 2:7 And the LORD God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul.

Wasn't Adam created needing to be born from above?

In essence wasn't Adam, the creation?

    Romans 8:20 NKJV For the creation was subjected to futility, not willingly, but because of Him who subjected it in hope;

Wasn't Adam created a natural man?

Wasn't Adam, the creation, created subjected to futility, in hope?

After all, we know from the word of God that before the foundation of the world, Christ as of a lamb without blemish and without spot, was going to shed his precious blood for redemption. Isn't that the, in hope?

Would not ,the redemption that came with the shed blood, destroy the works of the devil? Would the shed blood redeem us from death?

Relative to man, death that began because of, who? In Hope?

Wherefore the law is holy, and the commandment holy, and just, and good. Was then that which is good made death unto me? God forbid. But sin, that it might appear sin, working death in me by that which is good; that sin by the commandment might become exceeding sinful. For we know that the law is spiritual: but I am carnal, sold under sin.

    What is man Heb 2:6

Redemption from. Heb 2:14,15 Forasmuch then as the children are partakers of flesh and blood, he also himself likewise took part of the same; that through death he might destroy him that had the power of death, that is, the devil; And deliver them who through fear of death were all their lifetime subject to bondage.

God before he created Adam had a plan of how and when to save, man.

Now let's all go about saving ourselves.....................................

    IMHO

Man is restricted to the nature Adam was created in, until he receives, the hope. Until he is born again.

For we are saved by hope: but hope that is seen is not hope: for what a man seeth, why doth he yet hope for? But if we hope for that we see not, then do we with patience wait for it.

Is man (a human) restricted to his nature (to a human nature)? Yes. We are born with a human nature, which is bound by sin. We are reborn with a new nature which is freed from the bondage of sin.

So, you say that some men are not free. Is that correct?

It depends - free from what, to do what? A man is free to be the kind of man he is.

Do you wish to recant, or, will you attempt to change the definitions of words?

No. I don't want to recant. I will also not change the definitions of words. You?

I'm not interested in any of your options. I'll just stick with what I said. Thanks anyway.

You won't stand behind what you said. That's the problem. You have already sought to backtrack and redefine terms.

No. I have neither backtracked or redefined terms. If you don't understand, ask. Just remember - I can explain it to you but I can't understand it for you.
