THE Christmas Special - and it’s 3 for the price of 1

I see these:

"And GOD saw that the wickedness of man [was] great in the earth, and t[hat] every imagination of the thoughts of his heart [was] only evil continually." ( Genesis 6:5 ).

" Who can say, I have made my heart clean, I am pure from my sin?" ( Proverbs 20:10 )

" For [there is] not a just man upon earth, that doeth good, and sinneth not." ( Ecclesiastes 7:20 )

" The heart [is] deceitful above all [things], and desperately wicked: who can know it?" ( Jeremiah 17:9 ).

" For from within, out of the heart of men, proceed evil thoughts, adulteries, fornications, murders,
22 thefts, covetousness, wickedness, deceit, lasciviousness, an evil eye, blasphemy, pride, foolishness:
23 all these evil things come from within, and defile the man." ( Mark 7:21-23 ).

" And even as they did not like to retain God in [their] knowledge, God gave them over to a reprobate mind, to do those things which are not convenient;
29 being filled with all unrighteousness, fornication, wickedness, covetousness, maliciousness; full of envy, murder, debate, deceit, malignity; whisperers,
30 backbiters, haters of God, despiteful, proud, boasters, inventors of evil things, disobedient to parents,
31 without understanding, covenantbreakers, without natural affection, implacable, unmerciful:
32 who knowing the judgment of God, that they which commit such things are worthy of death, not only do the same, but have pleasure in them that do them. " ( Romans 1:28-32 )

" What then? are we better [than they]? No, in no wise: for we have before proved both Jews and Gentiles, that they are all under sin;
10 as it is written, There is none righteous, no, not one:
11 there is none that understandeth, there is none that seeketh after God.
12 They are all gone out of the way, they are together become unprofitable; there is none that doeth good, no, not one.
13 Their throat [is] an open sepulchre; with their tongues they have used deceit; the poison of asps [is] under their lips:
14 whose mouth [is] full of cursing and bitterness:
15 their feet [are] swift to shed blood:
16 destruction and misery [are] in their ways:
17 and the way of peace have they not known:
18 there is no fear of God before their eyes." ( Romans 3:9-18 ).

Since every man is a sinner, and none of us can say that we have a good heart, I'd like to know where you see God's word declaring anyone as righteous outside of His Son's work of atonement for them and making them a new creature in Christ ( 2 Corinthians 5:17 ).

Every man's heart is corrupt and wicked, before He makes creates a clean heart in them.

Yes, they can.

When God creates a clean heart in a person ( Ezekiel 11:19, Ezekiel 36:26 ).
It's called being "born again".
