    I like it. You cant program someone to be a killer and expect them to instantly turn it off when they return stateside. The brain does not work that way.

    Please, let’s keep the Feds out of this program.

    They’d just foul it up and make it more costly.

    Sorry, but this divides "the people" when it comes to what is supposed to be an impartial judiciary. No treating any citizen in a special manner should be allowed. What next, special "police" courts for the people in blue who go bad? No, I don't think so.

    I remember when the courts were only consulted if the local Justice of the Peace couldn't resolve the problem, or the crime met a certain level. Think of Mayberry.

    We have long gotten away from that standard, and it has not been beneficial.
