Any songwriters here?...Song_a_week challenge?

Hi All,

I love songwriting and doing a song-a-week challenges.

For the past couple of years, I've been randomly picking hymn titles and trying to come up with new songs.

If others are interested we can pick a title and see what everyone comes up with for the week.

I stumbled across this forum b/c the title I picked this week was "God of Earth and Outer Space". I try to not look over the lyrics of the original until I've written the song first, so when I was looking up the lyrics I found this forum.

Anyway, 2020 Week 1, here is my version of "God of Earth and Outer Space"

Thanks for the post, R.L. Vaughn. Since there doesn't seem to be a lot of interest on this idea, I'll keep posting on The Songwriter's Forum for now.
