Watching a judge show - the plaintiff is an Air Force E-7. She is in uniform. The case has nothing to do with with the military. So my question - If an Active Duty GI needs to go to court - why would a person wear their uniform. Granted - it is not against Regulations. But why would you think a person might to choose to wear his uniform.

Are not active duty personal pay per hour based on a 24 hr day?

To get sympathy from the court.

Or cheaper than buying a dress or suit.

You're on TV and Soldier's uniforms make you look better and more professional - especially for women.

    Because you can.

Because some soldier's commander is a busy-body and wants her to.

Because she was on active duty and didn't bring proper civilian attire.

To demonstrate and show active employment.

Dress Uniform in the Army, we would call it the Class A.
AF calls it the Service Dress
