The closer we approach the End of The Book of REVELATION,
the more our attention is directed toThe Final Judgment and the ETERNITY
and The HEREAFTER which lies Beyond The Final Judgment

    ...
To Understand The BOOK of REVELATION, WE MUST SEE
GOD'S "SEVEN VISIONS" that HE REVEALED to JESUS
    to SHOW The APOSTLE JOHN.
    ...
    GOD'S FIRST "VISION"
Revealed in The first section of BOOK of REVELATION
concerns "THE VISION of Christ in the Midst of the Lamp-stands"
    ( in REVELATION 1:1 - 3:22).
    ...
    GOD'S SECOND "VISION"
Revealed in The second section of The BOOK of REVELATION concerns "THE VISION of HEAVEN and the Seals"
    ( in REVELATION 4:1 - 7:17).
    ...
    GOD'S THIRD "VISION"
Revealed in The third section of The BOOK of REVELATION
concerns "THE VISION of The Seven Trumpets"
    ( in REVELATION 8:1 – 11:19).
    ...
    GOD'S FORTH "VISION"
Revealed in The fourth section of The BOOK of REVELATION concerns "THE VISION of The Persecuting Dragon"
    ( in REVELATION 12:1 - 14:20).
    ...
    GOD'S FIFTH "VISION"
Revealed in The fifth section of The BOOK of REVELATION
concerns "THE VISION of The Seven Bowls"
    ( in REVELATION 15:1 - 16:21).
    ...
    GOD'S SIXTH "VISION"
Revealed in The sixth section of The BOOK of REVELATION
concerns "THE VISION of The Fall of Babylon"
    ( in REVELATION 17:1 – 19:21).
    ...
    GOD'S SEVENTH "VISION"
Revealed in The seventh section of The BOOK of REVELATION concerns "THE VISION of The Great Consummation
and The End of This Earth
and The Creation of The New Heaven and New Earth"
    ( in REVELATION 20:1 - 22:21).

    ...
    AND
Not Only do Each of these Seven Sections Cover The SAME TIME PERIOD
from The Ascension of Jesus Back to Heaven, until The Day of Vengence of our God,
with Jesus Second Coming, IN JUDGMENT,

    THE REVELATION
that is SHOWN to us, from The FIRST VISION in The First Section
    to
    The SECOND VISION
    in The Secord Section,
    to
    The THIRD VISION
    in The Third Section, etc.

...has each VISION Arranged by GOD, as it were, in an Ascending, Climatic Order.
    ...
    Each
SUCCESSIVE VISION REVEALS MORE SPECIFIC DETAILS of THE CHURCH AGE.

    The BOOK of REVELATION
Reveals a Gradual Progress in Eschatological, or “END TIMES” emphasis. "
    (Hendriksen, p.35)

The Book of Revelation is The Most Practical Book in The Bible.

The Blessings it Promises are to people, now, in our current Age 'of churches'.
    ...

There is a reason that each of the seven Visions, mostly, describes a depiction of The First Advent of Jesus Christ and that each of the seven Visions describes The End of The World, in Jesus' Second Advent and Judgement.

The reason is: that there are seven Visions, which each cover the same period of Time, from Jesus' Ascension to His Coming in Judgement, at THE END of TIME.

    ...

There is NOT any reason to Interpret The Book of Revelation any other way.

God Gave His Divine Hermeneutic in Revelation 1, with The Seven Spirits.

How many Holy Spirits are there?

Should we view each of the seven qualities as having to do with One Holy Spirit?

    ...

How many churches are there in Revelation 2 to 3?

    Seven.

How many letters to the churches?

    One.

Where each of the churches to gain Blessings from what is written to each of the others?

    Yes.

How about the 'application' of those messages to The Lord's churches, today and since that time?

    Yes.

    ...

How many "VISIONS" are there in The Book of Revelation?

    Seven.

Do each of The Seven Visions have Qualities, Teachings, and Principals that are applicable to us, today?

    Yes.

And the Seven Visions each reiterate deeper Teachings God Reveals, from one to the next.

That is how Revelation may be Interpreted, in order to WORSHIP THE GOD WHO WROTE IT.

9.0 >The INTERPRETATION of The SEVEN VISIONS in SEVEN SECTIONS of The BOOK of REVELATION, which UNLOCK and REVEAL THE REVELATION of JESUS CHRIST.

    ...

The Four Gospels reiterate The Message of The Life of Jesus, one after the other, but their Subject Matter is The One God-man, Jesus.

Reiteration of Lessons Taught by God is not a new Hermeneutic.

God Described The Creation of Heaven and The Earth in Genesis One.

The next chapters reiterate that Historical Fact, with various other Revelations.

Genesis is the 'first mention' of 'reiteration', as a Divine Hermeneutical principal.

God Employs reiteration from one group of chapters depicting a VISION to the next, to The End of The Bible.

The interpretation of Revelation does not hinge on a word, 'reiteration', as a Divine Hermeneutical principal.

The interpretation of Revelation hinges on:
each of the seven Visions, mostly, describes a depiction of The First Advent of Jesus Christ and that each of the seven Visions describes The End of The World, in Jesus' Second Advent and Judgement.

The reason is that there are seven Visions which each cover the same period of Time, from Jesus' Ascension to His Coming in Judgement, at THE END of TIME.

    Another non-existent ideology?

If you knew that God never changed and time does not exist, would you accept infinity? Infinity is a math term. A human opinion. I did not miss anything. I am living in the seals being opened.

Everything The Bible Says, you have said the opposite.

    Strong work.

Infinitely wrong, but strong work, for someone who has that as their calling and goal in life.

There is no 6th chapter of Revelation? I am just here to point things out as they happen. My goal is a world wide revival. I think the church should leave with as many humans as possible.

William Hendriksen's "More Than Conquerors" is my favorite commentary on the book of Revelation. It makes the most sense to me as being consistent with the message of the Bible as a whole.

This is a strange argument. In fact it's not an argument. Interpret Revelation literally. Interpret Matt. 24 literally. Always assume something is literal apart from the author telling you in some way that it isn't. Otherwise you'll miss the blessing of Revelation.

It is an apocalypse. It is silly to take Revelation literally. To believe the the slaughtered lamb has to be taken literally and actually have to be of the species Ovis aries, is a grand misinterpretation.

That's a literal description of a vision. That's literally what John saw.

When Joseph described his dreams of the skinny and fat cows, do you think he wasn't literally describing what he saw? You don't believe him?

John literally saw a vision of a Lamb with many eyes who had been slain. He told his readers what he saw. Why won't you believe him?

Just because it literally was what he saw doesn't mean that it should be literally interpreted.

If it's literally what he saw, you should take him literally that he says he saw it. Do you believe Joseph described what he literally saw in his visions?

Why not just trust what you're reading? Don't reinterpret and don't read additional things into it. Just read, trust and be blessed.

The perfect explanation for so many missing the Blessing of Revelation is that when God Says, in the first verse, that He Sent and Signified it, 'man' skips what God Has Said and devises an interpretive principle, on their own.

And what is that?: Interpret Revelation literally.

Always assume something is literal apart from the author telling you in some way that it isn't.

So, not only is 'man's' bright idea in opposition to God Saying, He "Sent and Signified" it, that false interpretive principle of, "Always assume something is literal apart from the author telling you in some way that it isn't" when that is exactly what God Does and they miss it.

    ...

No one knows 'strange' like those who ignore how God Said He Revealed The Book of Revelation.

While there are seven depictions of Jesus' First Advent; one for each Vision

...and seven depictions of Final Judgment, at Jesus' Second Advent; one for each Vision.

The interpretation of Revelation hinges on:
each of the seven Visions, mostly, describes a depiction of The First Advent of Jesus Christ and that each of the seven Visions describes The End of The World, in Jesus' Second Advent and Judgement.

The reason is that there are seven Visions which each cover the same period of Time, from Jesus' Ascension to His Coming in Judgement, at THE END of TIME.

    ...

    Prove it up.

    WHERE are the:
seven depictions of Jesus' First Advent; one for each Vision

...and seven depictions of Final Judgment, at Jesus' Second Advent; one for each Vision.

Matthew 24 has three questions that the disciples ask Jesus.

    Jesus Answers them, Biblically.

If one is to understand The Bible, they must allow The Bible to Interpret The Bible.

There is One Interpretation of Matthew 24.

    Three Questions/ Three Answers.

    No overlapping/ No 'Double Fulfillments.

For 'argument', you mean, "reading through the Matthew 24 passage and/ or The Book of Revelation" and guessing what it may, or may not mean, and calling that an 'interpretation' that is 'literal'.

    That is illiterate.

It is consent and admission of saying you do not know what the Bible Teaches in any of those verses; Matthew/ or Revelation, and let ME 'guess', Daniel.

Okay, great. Then you agree with me that Revelation should be interpreted literally. I was going to take you literally, but you just convinced me, I don't have to. :Thumbsup

So then you agree with me on Matthew also.

I like this new interpretation method. Makes things easier.

Literal Interpretation is the Interpretation of Literature.

When the Literature Says that it is Sent and Signified, Symbolically, Emblamatically, in Apocalyptic Genre,
that wording is to be read, Literally.

Literal Interpretation of Literature includes 196-215, well-defined Figures of Speech, IN THE BIBLE.

A Mish-mashing, willy-nilly, to and fro, back and forth, from Letterism ( Nickel for Nickel, Carbon Copyism, under the guise of 'Literal' speech) to SYMBOLIC< Figures of Speech AND BACK AND FORTH, again, AT A CARNAL WHIM, is Illiterate.

No one can or has grasped a newspaper that way, much less, God's Message.

If you knew enough to interpret a post.

    Guess, again.

You haven't started by interpreting my posts honestly, yet.

And most people say they would rather be damned than try to be honest with the Bible.
