Yes, those pregnant and mothers of young children are currently in the military -
    SO
lets say a section has 7 personnel - one is pregnant and one has a one year child.
First the army requires you to have a written plan for dependent children if you are a single parent.

So if the unit is called to go overseas to a combat zone (or even to Ft Irwin for desert training)
So the PG mom cant go - and the single mom just found out that the retaliative who is to take care
of her daughter is on a month cruise - so now she cant go.

So what does the unit - request a replacement - NOPE - they cant - as the position is filled on the personnel record.

So that section - deploys with only 70% of strength. May not seem much - but in garrison the section only works 8 hours a day
and only five days a week. -- but being deployed - they must operate 168 hours per week....

In the ole days - a mom was discharged ---- maybe we should go back to those days.
I realize that opinion is not PC - but PC does NOT win wars. The job of the Army is to win WARS.
There are many reasons that the Army will discharge someone -.......

But remember your original question was re the draft. Now how the military would deal with those situations that you brought up. Not sure, but what it comes down to is equality. If the female members can not do their job then there is a decision to be made.
At the end of the day in this PC / WOKE world we are going to come across any number of trip ups. What we need is for people to start realizing that men and women are not the same. Never have been never will be.
But that is just wishful thinking isn't it. In our current world we must make sure never to offend anyone. All I can say is "Come Lord Jesus" I want to go home.

In Soviet Union women never been drafted to the Army, but they always can volunteer for certain duties for administrative work, and stay in the Army as professionals, and many of them have officers ranks.

I think Israel solved very well the problem with women in the Army. Because Israel always in a state of war and short in men power, all girls are drafted, I think at age 18.

Older women and men who already served and have been trained kept in reserve.

If a woman is pregnant before she drafted, she can be drafted after giving birth.

I think it is good tradition to give boys and girls Army training, it will serve the country and them personally well in time need.
