    You may as well be consistent and teach that Christ died a general atonement for everyone.

    The argument in this thread has been totally derailed by this VERY EARLY post. The point @Martin Marprelate was making is WE do not know the whosoever is so WE preach the Gospel to every person. You have taken it to a level I don't believe he was taking it to and it definitely was not inconsistent.

    Let me ask you. Whats the difference between particular redemption and general redemption ? Or Christ Death being particular and it being general.

    It's the age-old question, for whom did Christ die? Did he die for all individuals, or did he only die for the elect. He only died for the elect.

    Okay, thats what I believe the bible teaches, and thats what I tell sinners who I have an opportunity to witness to. Anybody who will listen, I dont know if they are elect or not, yet I tell them Christ died only for the elect and they shall be saved because of His death for them.
