A sad day for the military

It is sometimes necessary to put the best person available in the right spot and move the prior occupant into a job for which he or she is able to handle. Those that benefit are not sad.

 

I thought this was the Colonel who dressed up like a dog in his dress uniform and them proceeded to post it on social media, but this is a different story.

 

I missed your point, but it is true, they apply a different set of rules to themselves.
