Southern Baptist professor Geoff Chang (of Midwestern seminary) concedes that Charles Spurgeon’s sister Eliza Jackson had a preaching ministry:

The Spurgeon Library | The Queen of Preachers?: Spurgeon, his Sister Eliza, and Women Preachers

“Eliza Rebecca was the second child of John and Eliza Spurgeon, younger only to her big brother Charles. She would go on to marry a Baptist minister, Rev. W. Jackson of Waltham Abbey. It’s unclear when she begins to preach, but by mid-1870, we begin to find reports on Eliza’s preaching…”

    Does that make it Biblical?

Charles Spurgeon in his sermon "All At It" explains it for you:

"no exclusions on account of sex. Men and women were to spread abroad the knowledge of Jesus. We read that, 'As for Saul, he made havock of the church, entering into every house, and haling men and women committed them to prison. Therefore they that were scattered abroad' (and these must have been men and women) 'went everywhere preaching the word'."

You are mistaken about Anne if you are trying to intimate that she is not a Baptist.

Anne Graham Lotz issues call to pray • Biblical Recorder

"the pride of being a North Carolina Baptist that I recently expressed was prompted by the N.C. Baptist Men’s Missions conference. Led by Richard Brunson, these men love God’s Word, they love God’s gospel, they love God’s Son, they love God’s people and they seem to love me. They are on the front lines of demonstrating God’s love for a broken world through their mission projects."

    Now, back on topic...

"A LADY PREACHER.—A sister of Mr. Spurgeon is preaching with much success at Willingham, in Cambridgeshire, where her husband is a Baptist minister. The cases from Willingham tried before the local bench have decreased to such an extent, that the police authorities have expressed their thanks to the lady preacher as being the instrument of the improvement."
