Can I get directives

    I have seen many individuals and organizations supporting Christians in Israel and Palestine. I wish I can fine one here. If anybody know of any organization supporting people going through severe hunger, or organizations for the homeless or for the Internally displaced or for the sick, I will be graceful.

    I am in Cameroon, central Africa. I have not eaten for 3 day and I am taking medication. I sleep in an open space with a lot on mosquitoes bites. My health is depreciating too.
    I need someone I can meet physically and especially Christian
