@Brightfame52 you are just showing that you do not have a good command of the English language when you do not realize that " through faith" is the condition.

No conditions in the Gospel Promise to Abraham Gal 3:8

8 And the scripture, foreseeing that God would justify the heathen through faith, preached before the gospel unto Abraham, saying, In thee shall all nations be blessed.

Under normal circumstances I would say you just do not understand the English language very well but now it is obvious that you just do not want to accept the truth of scripture.

You proclaim a false gospel and thus need to be shunned. Typical of all false teachers you do not want truth just compliance.

Faith isnt a condition in Gal 3:8, its a promised blessing, what God is going to do , to hijack faith in that scripture and turn it into a condition, is wresting scripture, handling it deceitfully.

    Galatians 3:8
The Scripture, knowing beforehand that God would justify the Gentiles based on God crediting their faith as righteousness, preached a portion of the gospel beforehand to Abraham, saying, “ALL THE NATIONS WILL BE BLESSED IN YOU.”

Justification is accomplished by the washing of regeneration (being made alive together with Christ) based on God crediting our worthless faith as righteousness and transferring us into Christ spiritually. The washing of regeneration accomplishes the "circumcision of Christ" where the consequence of our sinful state and our past, present and future sins, are removed, taken out of the way and nailed on the cross so to speak, due to the faithfulness of Christ's sacrifice on the cross.

The promised blessing of "all the nations" (all kinds of people) will be blessed is unconditional. However, for any individual to receive the blessing of receiving reconciliation, God must credit their faith as righteousness, thus a conditional blessing of the individual.

False, The Blessing of Abraham is for God to Justify the heathen by Faith. There is no conditions.

Here is the promise first given to Abraham Gen 12:3

3 And I will bless them that bless thee, and curse him that curseth thee: and in thee shall all families of the earth be blessed.

For you or anyone to add conditions is to corrupt the Gospel, and make it a false gospel.

Faith is not the condition, but part of the blessing of of Abraham, God promised Abraham that he is the Father of many nations, the Father of Believers Rom 4:11

And he received the sign of circumcision, a seal of the righteousness of the faith which he had yet being uncircumcised: that he might be the father of all them that believe, though they be not circumcised; that righteousness might be imputed unto them also:

God told Abraham he was a Father of Gentiles even here Abraham Gen 17:5
5 Neither shall thy name any more be called Abram, but thy name shall be Abraham; for a father of many nations have I made thee.

Thats a guarentee of God Justifying the heathen by Faith.

    Folks, note the absurd stonewalling!
    1) Credited faith is a condition of individual election for salvation
    2) Abraham's faith was credited and the faith of individual believers is being credited.
    3) Abraham was promised to be the father of many nations (both believing Jews and non-Jews) all with a faith like Abraham.

Once again we have a post disparaging me but stonewalling the topic. This behavior is the sine qua non of deceivers.

    1) Credited faith is a condition of individual election for salvation
    2) Abraham's faith was credited and the faith of individual believers is being credited.

You are addressing me with false claims, which indicates your position.

    1) Credited faith is a condition of individual election for salvation

Justification is accomplished by the Blood of Christ , thats what Faith sees Rom 5:9

9 Much more then, being now justified by his blood, we shall be saved from wrath through him.

See Justification by or through Faith is Gods Promise, its A Gospel Promise Gal 3:8

8 And the scripture, foreseeing that God would justify the heathen through faith, preached before the gospel unto Abraham, saying, In thee shall all nations be blessed.

The reason why some are Justified by Faith is because they are made partakers of the blessing of Abraham, what God said, the Blessing is Justification by Faith.

Thanks for finally agreeing that we are justified based on faith, but that the justification is "accomplished" the blood of Christ, i.e. the washing of regeneration, the circumcision of Christ.

Justification by Faith is the Blessing of Abraham, conditioned on Gods Promise. Justification isnt based on nobody's Faith but Christs faithfulness.

Everyone Christ died for shall be Justified by Faith. You understand now ?

Absurd claims in light of all the verses that say justification is based on (ek) faith. Galatians 3:8 ring a bell?

The most straight forward rendering is "...justified based on faith." The preposition "ek" means"out from or arising from" faith. And as the OP correctly notes, the question is whose faith, ours or Christ's faithfulness. The effort to present "Christ's faithfulness" in both of the OP options is bogus.

Are we justified because of our faith? No, of course not. We undergo the washing of regeneration to be "made righteous." Thus we are justified by receiving the reconciliation provided by Christ's faithfulness in the sacrifice of His life on the cross.

The question I have asked again and again is why does God credit as righteousness the faith of believers per Romans 4:23-25? I do not think any Calvinist has provided a sensible answer. Or why does 2 Thessalonians 2:13 say God chooses individuals for salvation through faith in the truth?

In summary we were justified on the basis of Christ's faithfulness, when we are put into Christ based on God crediting our faith as righteousness.

Gal 3:8 What's more, the Scriptures looked forward to this time when God would declare the Gentiles to be righteous because of their faith. God proclaimed this good news to Abraham long ago when He said, "All nations will be blessed through you."

BF you have said a number of times that "Everyone Christ died for shall be Justified by Faith." but for you tho hold to that view would mean you have to be a universalist.

The scriptures are clear as to how Christ died for. Are you going to deny scripture?

Heb 2:9 But we see Jesus, who was made a little lower than the angels, for the suffering of death crowned with glory and honor, that He, by the grace of God, might taste death for everyone.

1Jn 2:2 And He Himself is the propitiation for our sins, and not for ours only but also for the whole world.

1Ti 2:6 who gave Himself a ransom for all, to be testified in due time,

Rom 5:6 For when we were still without strength, in due time Christ died for the ungodly.

Rom 5:8 But God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us.

Christ died for the sins of all men but God will only save those that free trust in Him.

    Gal 3:5 Therefore He who supplies the Spirit to you and works miracles among you, does He do it by the works of the law, or by the hearing of faith?;
Gal 3:6 just as Abraham "believed God, and it was accounted to him for righteousness."
Gal 3:7 Therefore know that only those who are of faith are sons of Abraham.
Gal 3:8 And the Scripture, foreseeing that God would justify the Gentiles by faith, preached the gospel to Abraham beforehand, saying, "In you all the nations shall be blessed."

BF, I keep telling you to look at verses in context and then you will not continue to miss apply scripture.

The blessing of Abraham is that God would Justify the heathen by Faith. Christ fulfilled the conditions, also regeneration is included, its also the Blessing of Abraham.
