Yes, when Sunday starts the week. However, I think in much of Europe, Monday is on their calendars as the beginning of the week.

I asked if you were saying that if the term "Friday" is used that it can only be referring to a day which begins at midnight. You reply, "No. Friday begins at midnight." So, what are you saying no to?
