i think I hate chemestry

 

1. We can say say that man has a spiritual nature. He is created in the image of God who is Spirit.
2. Man was and is conscious of his own being. He is a person.
3. Man is a rational being. He is able to access and evaluate information and to arrive at conclusions.
4. Man as a rational creature has the ability to reason about the past, the present, and the future and to contemplate his own death
5. Man, as originally created had the power of choice, he had a free will. Since man sinned his will is no longer free but is in bondage to sin. Some people use the term "free agent" to refer to mans present condition.
6. As a rational being and with the ability to make choices man was also a moral being. He was able to discern right from wrong. Scripture tells us that man was created upright or righteous. [Ecclesiastes 7:29]

 

but why did GOd have to make the chemestry part?

 

OldRegular i would also add that we are eternal beings unlike animals, we will live forever. also God created us both male and female telling me that his attributes are both male and female.

While God is everyones "CREATOR" he is not everyones FATHER like some would like to believe.

 

All of physical creation, including man, is made up of the same basic elements.

The more complex and larger animals also have nephesh, a soul, an individual personality. This is expressed through the complex nervous system

Only man, however, has a third component, a spirit. We are spiritual beings in bodies made of the elements which are endowed with nephesh, the breath of life -- an individual personality.

God is spirit. Since we are also spirits, albeit in bodies, we are made in the image of God. That is why no matter who a murder victim might be, the murderer is to be put to death, because man is made in the image of God. This was the command God gave Noah, and therefore all men.
