I've just read every single post, so I think it's time for a pop quiz!

What' is this symbol? (no telling if you really know):

    A. It is pagan and evil.
    B. It is Christian. It represents the interrelationship between the Trinity and man.
    C. Other

    Part 2 coming soon! [IMG]

The ancient Egyptians first used the bio-hazard symbol to mark the spot where Pharoah and his army died, because their corpses contaminated that section of the Red Sea so it was closed to swimmers. Since those pagans invented it there is no reason for it to appear on a Christian website, and I implore an administrator to remove it.

Try REPORT POST when you have a problem
that should be brought to the attention of
    the moderators.

Here is a rule in this board:

Sorry, Bro. Ed Edwards, I was just being silly. I have no personal problems with anyone on this board, not that I know of anyway. I should have used some smilies or something. Sorry for causing confusion.

Mat 13:34-25 All these things spake Iesus vnto the multitude in parables, and without a parable spake hee not vnto them:
Mat 13:35 That it might bee fulfilled which was spoken by the Prophet, saying, I will open my mouth in parables, I wil vtter things which haue bin kept secret from the foundation of the world.

Recall that some of the boldest symbols
are the words we utter or write.

Bro. Tony: //Though you post a site--those speaking on that site have
no more credibility than you. Not only that they too
hold to a false man-made doctrine of KJVO.//

StandingfirminCHrist: //Both statements infer that I am a liar.
First by saying I have no credibility, then saying
that I too hold to a false doctrine.//

Thank you, Bro. StandingfirminChrist. Thank you for showing
what it was that made some think that Bro. Tony had
    implied your were a liar.
Sorry, but I read that a dozen times and never found
Bro. Tony calling anybody a liar.

Projection - attributing what others do or say
as though they mean what one would do or say.

Here Bro. Tony's 'credibility' has nothing to do
with lying. Lying is untruth telling with malice of forethought.
Untruth telling frequently happens from people not knowing.

Here is a secular saying among many highly trained professinal
groups (teachers, lawyers, doctors, engineers, etc):

To not attribute to malice that which can be easily
    explained by ignorance.

As used here 'ignorance' means 'not knowning'

Caveat: I keep having to explain that because among
the ignorant who like to project, the word 'ignorance' has
    many negative conotations.

    BTW, 'lying' has many negative
conotations also. The use of the word 'lying' has no
place in friendly debates when used against the posters.

I was ignorant (not knowing) about the Triquestra
Symbol until my Bible was attacked in the name of
the Triquestra. 20 years earlier I'd been a geometry teacher
in the 10th grade in the State of OKlahoma. Those kids
early in the course would use their compasses to make
the Triquestra (only they didn't know of any symbologies,
it was just an easy figure to make, with a compass).

Bro. Tony: // ... they too
hold to a false man-made doctrine of KJVO//

Here 'false' is used wisely and tenderly by Bro. Tony.
"False' describes the KJVO theory, not the teller of the
theory. Here "Lie" would be judgemental, for 'lie'
means a 'false statement' which is uttered with malice of
    forethought.

Whomever: //You cannot discredit me, you cannot discredit my wife,
but most of all, you cannot discredit the truth
as it is written in God's Word. //

HOwever, he has taken the moral highground: he can
discriminate usagewise between "your' and 'you're'.
Some however, cannot tell your left hand from you're right hand [IMG]

With all due respect, Standingfirm, this whole subject wouldn'ta been brought up if it weren't for an unlearned KJVO author named Terry Watkins bringing it up in one of his juvenile articles.

Do I really need to post examples of the t-shaped cross being used as a pagan symbol? What matters is what these various symbpls mean to US. I will continue to use the cross as a symbol of Jesus' crucufixion on our behalf, and will pay no attention to the triquetra, and continue to ridicule Terry Watkins' stuff as trash.

I have posted nothing but the truth in this thread and it is continually claimed to be lies.

I will not post again in here. It is a shame when people who claim to be of God turn their ears from hearing the truth.

I have heard the truth and I have proclaimed it.

By contrast I've assumed the truth
and proved it in perfect circular logic

    Yet the scripture says:

    Romans 12:3 (KJV1611 Edition):

For I say, through the grace giuen vnto mee,
to euery man that is among you,
not to thinke of himselfe more highly
    then hee ought to thinke
    ,
but to thinke soberly, according as God hath
dealt to euery man the measure of faith.

And some are willing to take the word of
    one witness, the KJB only.
But even the KJV1611 Edition says:

    Mat 18:16 (KJV1611 Edition):
But if he will not heare thee, then take
with thee one or two more,
that in the mouth of two or three witnesses, euery word may be established.

Three different English versions could provide
    three witnesses toward extablishing the
    truth.

In other words, you just don't wanna face the truth, so you skeedaddle. However, it IS your right, and, while I won't criticize you for it, I DO wonder why you diss the triquetra while ignoring the pagan uses of the cross. Again, I believe it's a KJVO ploy, started by that paragon of wisdom Terry Watkins.
