I'm wondering what magazines are recommended by BB members? Although a member of a SBC church, my favorite magazine is "TableTalk" by RC Sproul's Ligonier Ministries. What's your favorite?

I like "Christian History and Biography", "The Christian Century", and "Biblical Archaeology", among those with religious direction. But I also look forward every month to "National Geographic" and "Smithsonian". My absolute favorite is the quarterly, "This England", which I try to hide from my wife on arrival day, or else it will be weeks before I see it!

I'm a Christianity Today regular subscriber. I plan on subscribing to "Plugged In" as well. My Dutch Reformed Cousin gives me his copies of The Herald", the official publication of the RCA.

I have read Ligonier Ministires Table Talk for a while and think it is a very good and useful magazine. I really liked the issue about John Calvin.

I've had table talk in the past and will say that it definitely is not Baptist.
But it's very worthwhile despite the shortcoming. :tongue3:

    I read Bible Study Magazine

I just re-upped this past week

Yes, its true that Table Talk is not Baptist, it has to be read with some caution. Nevertheless I still find it usefull. Happy to see that you also like it.

There is this World Magazine and Christianity Today that I like.

Discipleship Journal is a good one, too.
