My fave has always been "It's A Wonderful Life". [IMG] I've always loved Jimmy Stewart.

It's a Wonderful Life has to be.

Any of you remember the Christmas movie that started the Walton's--w/a Patricia Neal? That's a tear-jerker as well.

I'd love to see a list of Christmas movies! I am in that mood already. lol

White Christmas with Bing Crosby and Danny Kaye. Nothing much spiritual there, but some good lessons and warm and fuzzies all the same.

I really enjoy "The Santa Clause". Didn't much care for the sequel, though.

When I clicked the link I see Groundhog Day on their list of Christmas movies. Considering the movie takes place on Groundhog Day(Feb. 2) I don't see how it can be a Christmas movie.

My favorite Christmas movie's Miricle on 34th Street (the origianal), It's a Wonderful Life, The Santa Clause, Fitzwilly, just about any version of The Nutcracker.

I know it's not the cleanest ever but I love Christmas Vacation. The Charlie Brown special always makes me smile.

Although my wife ferverently disagrees, my favorite Christmas movie is "The Little Drummer Boy".

BTW, my "better-half" calls it the "Psycho Christmas Massacre Movie"!

Oh, and another favorite of mine is "Scrooged" with Bill Murray.

I saw The Christmas Visitor on Hallmark Channel a couple of years ago. I thought it was quite good.

I forgot one ... "The Christmas Shoes" was a tear-jerker but I loved it anyway. Of course, I'm a huge fan of NewSong anyway so they probably would have had to really mess the story up for my to not like it.

You've got that right! [IMG] That has got to be the funniest movie I've ever seen. I just wish the dad's language was cleaner.

    Julia

P.S. 'Elf' was hilarious! We've had it a while but didn't watch it until Thanksgiving Dad.

Here's an oldie but a goodie:

Since You Went Away (1944) with Shirley Temple and Claudette Colbert. Great movie with clean morals. They usually play it around the holidays, so watch it if you can!
