Bush circumvents NAACP again.

    So the topic changed from the NCAAP to any major black organization? Sounds like the media has thier hands in this topic [ :D ]

    Not really. The fact is that Bush has been able to ignore the NAACP and get an invitation to IBE (Indiana Black Expo), a 10-day event now in its 35th year. It has a foundation and the ability to deal with national issues. In other words, IBE could replace NAACP by being more polite in debate. It's doubtful that there were many Republicans among the 3,000 people there but Bush was treated politely--all that he wanted. Time to say good-bye to the NAACP.
