And poncho. Tsk. Tsk. Tsk.

Are these the same Islamic nations that refuse to turn over their monetary system because the money and power is in the hands of a few sheiks who don't want to give up their wealth and Vegas trips?

You talk like these are democracies where the people actually have any say-so in these matters.

Doesn't matter if they are democracies or not. They are soveriegn nations and as such have every right to live by their rule and rules. Whether the Rothschild bankers, multinational corporations, neocons, you or I like it or not.

Haven't you noticed that the wealth in this country is controlled by 3-5% of the population? Haven't you noticed that you don't have much say so in the matters here? How about those open borders eh? 80-90% of the people are for securing them, the government laughs at us and does as it pleases. Calls those willing to actually do something about it vigilantes.

Corruption is rampant, greed is king, and some folks even think the the government is being honest after the smorgasboard of lies half truths and deceptions they've pulled on us. We have a host of crooks in our own government and even more in the UN that controls us now through their deceptivley written treaties.

Wake up man the alarm is sounding!

Hey, it's a fascinating place. Come on over sometime.

And the riches that the average Japanese has (90% or more middle class) are due to the free and capitalistic system instituted by Douglas MacArthur after WW2. The constitution he wrote is untouched 59 years after the war, and is called specifically the "MacArthur Constitution."

Under the old Shinto nationalistic system and constitution, the average Japanese was very oppressed and poor. I've talked to some of those people. They love America!

Every time I've been to Japan, I was treated with respect and honor, even though some of my fellow shipmates were behaving much less than honorably.

Perhaps I will return one day, as it was a true joy to visit there.

Yeah, right. And then Latin Americans risk life and limb to climb mountains and cross deserts and ride in filthy, disguised trucks to come to the USA so they can earn dollars and grab these away from immigrants who came here lawfully, or citizens and natural borns who need these jobs as much as they do.
Oh, yeah, and the stupid bully Uncle Sam sets up drinking water for them so they don't die of thirst while they violate the laws of the country they so vehemently hate.

And the Middle Easterns ?

Given half the chance, they would rather come to the US and live here where they can practice the 'strict' religions they have and at the same time drink the alcohol they can't drink in their own countries, while their women shed off their abayas and go shopping or walking in the park or the streets or the malls unescorted or with men who are not their husbands, something they can't do in most of their countries.

If I can have my druthers, I'd kick out the UN from this country, terminate unilaterally every trade and defense agreement we have with these nations, cut drastically every economic aid they get from the US, bring all US troops back home, and see who needs whom.

Somebody mentioned the ACLU. I've been fantasizing about suddently there being lawyers who could prove in courts of law that America is a country founded on Biblical principles by Bible Believing founders and that banning religion, as it is being done today, from government and restricting citizens from practicing their faith, whatever it is, is Un-American, and so these lawyers sue the ACLU billions of dollars, and the courts rule in their favor, without prejudice to suing the ACLU criminally.

But, it's just fantasizing.

The most hidden, secret, and deceitful of all lusts

(Jonathan Edwards, "Directions How to Conduct Yourself
in Your Christian Course"--A letter addressed to a young
lady in the year 1741)

"To fear the Lord is to hate evil. I hate arrogant pride,
evil conduct, and perverse speech." (Proverbs 8:13)

Remember that pride is the worst viper that is in
the heart, the greatest disturber of the souls peace,
and of sweet communion with Christ. Pride . . .
was the first sin committed,
lies lowest in the foundation of Satan's whole building,
and is with the greatest difficulty rooted out.

Pride is the most hidden, secret, and deceitful of all
lusts--and often creeps insensibly into the midst of religion,
even, sometimes, under the disguise of humility itself!

The sin of nationalistic pride my friend. Being an American does not give you the right to deal unjustly with people.

Are you judging us?

I understood that seat was already occupied.

</font>
Simply evaluating fruit in light of the Word of God. Afterall, you have to put a difference between some things don't you? I can not suuport someone who in the light of the evidence is a murderer and a liar. I am told in the Scripture not to fellowship with anyone who is a fornicator or an adulterer or coveteous. If I can't discern what one is how can I follow the Scripture?

</font>
The short answer would have been yes. Your opinion may not be the same as God's, but go ahead and judge away.

I'll wait till I'm standing before the real God to be judged.

Is it only Americans who have pride in their country that you oppose and consider to be sinful? Or would you think it was ok if the Swiss, for instance, or Guatemalans felt pride in their own countries? Just wondering.
What about the sin of envy, in cases where we are hated for no good reason and blamed for all of the world's ills. Do you issue stern warnings about that also?
