    Hello everyone!


    I would like to ask someone about a problem.A friend of mine ask me and I didn't know how to answer him.So here it is: Probably you all know that sex before marriage is forbiden.But what if someone had sex and now he feels sorry for that.Is he forgiven?(I forgot to tell you that the person new that it's not right to do sex before marriage)

    where there is true repentance, there is always forgiveness... tell your friend that he can be assured of Christ's promise to deliver.

    Lucian, Question: Was this sin committed after he was saved or was this committed before he was saved? The reason for the question is this, if he wasn't saved and after he commited the sin was saved, then the answer to your question is Yes he is forgiven, IF, he:
    1. Recognized that he had sinned.
    2. Took responsibility for his sin.
    3. Asked God to forgive his sin.
    4. Asked God to help him not to do that sin again.
    5. and he sought to do what is right rather than what is wrong.

    Lucian, if he was lost when he committed the sin and then turned his life over to Christ then at the moment he surrendered his life to Christ he was cleansed of all sin and was white as snow. I hope this helps you. If not please feel free to respond.

    Sexual issues are one of the hardest things to deal with when you are young. God is very understanding and there is a term called secondary verginity that means from this day on become a vergin again and deny the evil things that come from pre-merital sex ie. Guilt, pregnancy, faulse love. It is so hard I know because the devil will try to get to your friend during the confusion in his life, the trick is to not let him and to trust in God because he will set all confusion strait. I will pray for you and your freind. ;)

    Even though what your friend did was wrong, God tells us in Isaiah 1:18 "..Though your sins are like scarlet, they shall be white as snow; Though they are red as crimson, they shall be like wool." So no matter what you do, if you go to the Lord with a repentant heart and ask him for forgiveness, he will grant you that. Thats what your friend must do now.
