Drunken vegans eat meat.

    Well at least they didn't get so drunk that they ordered prime rib, baked potato and a shrimp cocktail at the local steak and steer restaurant. o_O

    I think that, yes drunk people eat everything. On the other hand as a vegetarian, even when I was drinking I never felt the urge to eat meat. I think that anyone who like to eat meat (even drunk, sober, subliminal or not) should eat.

    Your body needs it, and thats how it shows.

    I agree with above poster, many drunk people will eat anything.
    That aside,
    I am not a vegan myself, but I have friends who are. While we don't drink, I can imagine that if we did they may slip up.

    When people are drunk they do all kinds of things that they wouldn't normally do. So this isn't surprising at all. People's personalities change and they get to a point where they just don't care.

    Let me rush to point out that the Baptist Manual says that Baptists only go into liquor stores in order to get empty boxes.

    I definitely agree with that statement. I don't even get my empty boxes at the liquor store.
    But I have seen many drunk people in my life.

    I liked your post. I don't care what people eat. Years ago I saw a sign in a Chicago restaurant window downtown in the Loop on Wabash Ave. It said, "Dress to please others; eat to please yourself." I think that that was amusing common sense. The trouble with Vegans is that they have all these strange dishes that they tell you taste just like meat loaf; so when they show a little hypocrisy now and then I think that it humanizes them and suggests that they are not as staunch as they say.

    Alcohol can really make someone forget about their ideologies and principles in life. This is a pretty hilarious news. :)

    So these Vegans eat meat on a regular basis using alcohol intake as an excuse. According to the op this is not just a one time event this is a regular occurrence.
