Smyth- When a Moderator edits your multiple comments, you should ask yourself why.

I do not believe that he has thought out his position very well. The more he posts, the more I am inclined to believe that he is under the influence of the Kool-Aid.

I heard (I think) this morning that Trump is up over Clinton in one of the national polls. I know no details.

I still am NeverTrump. A few here know why, as explained in PM conversations. If he wins, I truly hope that I am wrong about him. If he is the truly-conservative defender of the Constitution that his admirers claim, I will be happy and grateful to admit it.

Gary Johnson is a good man, but he chose a liberal globalist as his running mate. Big mistake.

I am not what you call a RAT but I do not think that you hit any nerves with all due respect because Trump said long ago that he did not need conservative votes and after his convention he reiterated the charge that the conservative leader's family was involved in the murder of JFK, something that he will have to do something about after his election, although Trump himself said that he could murder someone on Fifth Avenue and not be arrested. Also, a lot of Republicans have left the party so they are not really Republicans ever again.

Trump is his own worst enemy because he attacks his own party more than he attacks Hillary. If the Democrats had any other reasonable candidate, Trump would be far behind in the polls.

Then I guess we'll find out the significant repercussions of taking this attitude. At the very least, Hillary is clear about her feelings about the leader of Syria, who by the way protects Jews, Christians, and minority Muslims. I guess we'll have to increase the limit on the nation's credit card to pay for yet another war.

    Regards, hope all is well,
    BiR

Except I'm not voting for Clinton, I'm voting for Castle as I clearly said in my OP.

I was until he asked people not to write him in. My OP made it clear that I was joining the Constitution party and voting for Castle.

77 post and not a single Trump supporter has said anything about why I should vote for him, just why I have to vote against Clinton. His most ardent supporters have just resorted to name calling as if that is enough to convince someone to vote for their guy. Not one has actually discussed the points I have raised in the OP. I find that telling.

Wouldn't http://www.baptistboard.com/threads/trumps-gop-acceptance-speech.100638/#post-2244377 be a better place for this video.

Although I will say that the video failed in its objective with me. I have read Trump's speech, I never listen to political speeches (Except Cruz's which I also did read as well), preferring to read them. I was not impressed with his "I am your voice" statist appeal. But I'm so glad that this guy in the video pointed out that Trump did make sure to be PC toward the LGBTQ community. Since evangelical leaders have already kissed his ring he can safely ignore them now, showing his PC self.
