News is reporting it was Ecuador, however their reasoning was related to Clinton info being released. Funny, they did it due to their desire not to interfere with another nation though they are cutting off information aimed at the other country - seems like interference to me.

I expect it was Ecuador. The president of Ecuador realized that Clinton will be the president he will have to deal with and did not want to be in her dog-house when she is sworn in as president.

Ecuador is a diversionary smokescreen, plain and simple.

Ecuador is part of the Bolivarian axis led by Cuba, Venezuela, Nicaragua, and Bolivia. Ecuadoran President Rafael Correa was thought to be a replacement for Hugo Chavez as head of the Bolivarian republics but he lost popularity at home and has been shutting down media in his country. With Castro's advanced age, Russia and others such as China and Iran are looking for a new Castro/Chavez. It is natural for socialist/communist Correa to hate free press.
